Study On The Coupling And Coordination Relationship Between New Urbanization And Logistics Efficiency In Yangtze River Delta

At present,our country’s economy has entered a high-quality development stage.As the most developed region and an important platform of international economic cooperation and competition,the Yangtze River Delta Agglomerations have been the increasing pole of our country’s economic development.The development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations directly affects the economic development of our country,and as the integration strategy of the Yangtze River Delta has been elevated into a national strategy,it has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations,which needs the support of an important strategy of new urbanization.As a producer service industry,logistics industry can not only adjust and optimize urban industrial layout and structure,promote urban economic transformation and upgrading,but also support and guide the development pattern of new urbanization.The high-quality coordination between new-type urbanization and logistics industry efficiency can drive various resource elements to gather in cities and towns,improve the radiation capacity of cities and towns,strengthen the connection between urban agglomeration and surrounding towns,and improve the division of labor and cooperation ability and resource allocation efficiency within urban agglomeration,so as to drive the coordinated development of regional economy.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the coordinated development of new urbanization and logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.Taking the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration as the research object,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system to measure the efficiency of new urbanization and logistics industry based on the data from 2010 to 2019,and analyzes the coupling development level of new urbanization and logistics industry efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and its influencing factors.The results show that the quality of new-type urbanization varies greatly within the region.The quality of new-type urbanization in Shanghai is relatively high,Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces are in the middle level,and Anhui Province lags behind Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai.In terms of logistics efficiency,the index of production efficiency is greatly affected by the index of technical efficiency.Cities with low technical efficiency also have low total factor production efficiency,while the efficiency of technological progress is steadily rising.In addition,a composite system coupling coordination model was constructed to quantitatively analyze the synergy level of new urbanization and logistics industry efficiency.It was concluded that the coupling degree of new urbanization and logistics industry in the Yangtze River Delta region increased slightly during the observation period,but the performance of provinces and cities was different,and further improvement was needed.Based on this,the grey correlation analysis method is used to explore the factors affecting the level of collaboration,and it is found that the level of industrial structure is the key factor affecting the level of collaboration between the two systems,and it is necessary to focus on improving the specialization level of logistics industry.Based on the above research conclusions,in order to further improve the coordinated development level of new urbanization and logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta region,this paper proposes to coordinate urban and rural development and improve the level of urbanization development.Create a favorable development environment to help the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry;Pay attention to new urbanization and logistics industry coordinated development measures and suggestions.
