A Research On The Optimization Of Security Inspection Service In Nanchang Metro

This study takes Nanchang subway security inspection as an example,using literature analysis and survey research methods,based on a comprehensive review of domestic and foreign literature,and from the perspective of public safety management,using relevant theories such as public safety governance theory,new public service theory,and crisis management theory,through consulting relevant laws and regulations,policy data,field visits,and questionnaire research,to elaborate the basic situation of Nanchang subway security inspection services at this stage,Identify problems in security services and explore the reasons for their formation.Based on the combination of data and theory,and from the perspective of practical operation,to ensure the public safety of the subway as a prerequisite,improve the quality of subway security inspection services.Through the screening of data related to Nanchang subway security services,the following prominent issues were identified: blind spots in government regulation,frequent slackening of security personnel,poor organization and management of security inspections during peak periods,insufficient implementation of emergency response,and frequent violations by passengers during subway security inspections.By analyzing the causes of the above problems,the main reasons are as follows: the relevant legal provisions for subway security inspection are relatively broad and lack of specific guidance;The professional quality of security personnel needs to be improved,and scientific service methods are insufficient;The single security inspection method and the decrease in security inspection efficiency during peak passenger flow are prone to disputes;Inadequate measures to respond to emergencies;The popularization and education of public security inspection knowledge is insufficient.In response to the problems and causes encountered in the security inspection service of Nanchang Metro,it can also help find an optimized path for the security inspection service of the subway.To optimize the route of subway security inspection services,efforts can be mainly made at the following points: First,improve the government supervision system of subway security inspection: establish and improve the legal system;Strictly standardize the safety supervision organization;We will promote the digitization of regulatory platform information.Second,Optimize the management of employees of subway security inspection: strengthen the education and training of security inspection personnel;Improve the sense of professional responsibility of security inspection staff;Assist employees in career planning.Third,Improve the emergency crisis management level of subway security inspection: promote the artificial intelligence of security inspection equipment;Optimize the response measures during the period of large passenger flow;Strengthen the emergency principle of putting prevention first and combining prevention with control.Fourth,Help the public to establish the awareness of active security inspection: strengthen the publicity of law popularization and improve the public’s cooperation with subway security inspection;Open a network supervision platform to stimulate the experience of public supervision;Optimize the "humanized" service of subway security inspection and improve the satisfaction of subway security inspection service.In summary,this study aims at improving and optimizing subway security services,with the practical goal of providing efficient and high-quality security services,and contributes wisdom and strength to improving the governance level of public safety in the entire Nanchang subway,in order to help the local government achieve effectiveness in public management and reach a higher level.
