Due to the new opportunities brought by the development of the Internet,the traditional media industry actively integrates "Internet +" and carries out comprehensive transformation and transformation of digitalization and informatization through innovative program forms and on-demand broadcasting methods.However,new opportunities also mean new challenges.On the one hand,film and television variety shows in the media industry have always been subject to strict supervision and constraints,so there are strong policy risks;On the other hand,the Internet industry has the inherent characteristics of increasing external uncertainties,facing consumers directly and rapid market changes.The company needs to fully empower the first-line market departments to expand business.In practice,there are operational risks such as difficult to predict consumer demand and poor communication between the front,middle and background.Therefore,a reasonable and perfect internal control system is very important for the risk management and steady development of Internet video business of media companies.Based on the above background,based on the theory of internal control,this paper chooses the Internet video business of M Media Company as the research object,finds out the problems existing in its internal control,analyzes the causes,and proposes optimization schemes and safeguard measures.At present,M Media Company has developed a set of relatively perfect internal control system for Internet video business,but there are still problems of incomplete risk identification and inadequate system implementation.Firstly,according to its internal control manual and relevant materials,this paper divides THE Internet video business of M Media Company into three links: IP introduction and artist management,program production and content operation,advertising sales and membership management,and sorts out the main business processes,risk points and control measures of each link.Secondly through the way of questionnaire survey on the effectiveness of its internal control evaluation,combined with risk identification analysis of the industry as a whole,and summarized the M media company existing Internet video business internal control such as IP not fully assess the market value,has failed to effectively deal with the social public opinion risk and so on six specific problems,And points out that the root cause of the problem is also common problems of the construction of the enterprise internal control under the Internet industry,the company internal control construction under uncertain circumstances with the dynamic coupling strategy,business development,embodied in industry to control the environment is not stable,smooth information communication is not limited in risk assessment and supervision strength weak lead to low effectiveness control activities.This paper puts forward corresponding optimization schemes for the problems existing in the internal control of Internet video of M Media Company,such as the establishment of IP full-process management system and the improvement of all-round social public opinion processing mechanism.This paper not only provides a personalized optimization scheme for the construction of Internet video internal control of M Media Company,but also puts forward a reference scheme for the common problems in the construction of Internet industry internal control,which has a certain reference and reference role. |
