| The development of economic integration and digitalization has a profound impact on the relationship and behavior of enterprises,provides sufficient opportunities for enterprises to link with external resources,and lays the technical foundation for the transformation of enterprises to ecosystem.Due to the diversity and diversity of value preferences of ecosystem members,when the ecosystem is seriously threatened by the external environment,members’ violation of business ethics may cause serious damage to the operation and development of the ecosystem,and even lead to the symbiotic imbalance of the ecosystem.For enterprises in the ecosphere,it is necessary for cooperative members to comply with the corresponding rules,norms,values and other business ethics.However,up to now,there is still no a standardized and comprehensive evaluation system can evaluate the ecosystem.Therefore,constructing the evaluation index system of business ethics of ecosphere can provide evaluation basis for enterprises to accurately identify and select cooperation members,and standardize the value sharing between enterprises and cooperation members from the perspective of sustainable development through value guidance,so as to avoid the business ethics risks of ecosphere in the long term.Based on the research of ecosphere and business ethics,and the influence of business ethics on partner selection of ecosphere,considering Chinese and Western culture and ecosphere factors,further constructs an evaluation index system of business ethics of ecosphere which includes 4 first-class indexes,12second-class indexes,and 49 third-class indexes.Then we use the fuzzy scoring to realize the verification of the ecosphere ethics index system.Further,taking the Huawei ecosystem as a research case to evaluate the compliance of business ethics in its ecosphere.Firstly,from the perspective of social network,this paper analyzes the location of Huawei,technology-based partners and service-based partners,and divides them into core and non core enterprises.Then,it makes an in-depth study of the business ethics compliance of Huawei,technology-based partners and service-based partners in the ecosphere from four dimensions,compares the similarities and differences among the three,and analyzes the main reasons for the differences.Finally,it makes a systematic evaluation of the implementation of business ethics in Huawei ecosystem and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that this index system can realize a more comprehensive evaluation of the business ethics of ecosphere.According to the evaluation results,the overall performance of Huawei ecosphere on the business ethics of ecosphere is generally good,but there is still room for improvement.First,it is necessary to further play the role of “system administrator” of core enterprises in the ecosystem,improve the supervision and governance system,and implement differentiated and dynamic business ethics compliance strategies in the ecosystem;Secondly,fully combine the innovation resources in the ecosystem,aim at the development direction of cutting-edge technology,and continuously improve the innovation ability.Meanwhile,it should constantly improve the breadth and depth of international market participation.Finally,a reasonable partner selection and withdrawal mechanism should be established,so as to improve the consistency of value propositions of member enterprises and reduce the operation risks of ecosphere. |
