The development of the Internet,big data and other information technologies has not only promoted the explosive growth of e-commerce,but also promoted the development of new forms of business such as platform economy.In 2015,the "Internet plus" action plan was first proposed.With the strong support of government policies,platform economy has developed rapidly in China and gradually participated in all fields of people’s production and life.According to statistics,in2020,the online retail sales of physical goods in China accounted for 24.9% of the total retail sales of consumer goods.At the industrial level,the economic added value of the industrial Internet industry increased by 47.9% year on year.Platform economy has become the most eye-catching economic model in the 21 st century.As an important organizational form of platform economy,the development of platform enterprises has a direct impact on the effect of platform economy,and performance is a key point in the development of platform enterprises,which is the most direct entry point to test the development of platform enterprises.However,although the platform has the nature of value co-creation,in many cases the platform does not realize value co-creation,nor does it pay more attention to the change of overall performance brought by value co-creation.Therefore,it is of great significance to help platform participants correctly understand platform economy and promote the development of platform economy to study the specific ways in which platform can increase participants’ overall income and analyze what changes platform value cocreation brings to participants’ performance.Based on the platform as an example,A company with stakeholders,such as transaction cost theory,the value of the company A platform to create A process can be divided into four stages are analyzed,and then build the ecological simulation model of platform and the simulation platform of ecological flow diagramming the causal relationship between the variables,and then,based on the perspective of value creating,analyze the company A platform performance,The shortcomings of its performance are found,and the optimization countermeasures are put forward and verified by simulation experiments.The findings are as follows :(1)in the user entry stage,value cocreation is dominated by the platform,and the strict audit system can create a good matching environment for users,while the enhancement of network effect is conducive to value co-creation in the subsequent stage.(2)In the user connection stage,value co-creation can be divided into direct interaction between users and the platform and indirect interaction between users.The initiative is in the hands of users,and the performance is mainly reflected in the reduction of vehicle and goods matching quantity and user transaction cost in advance.(3)In the stage of driver transportation,value co-creation is jointly led by the platform and users.This stage is the main stage for platform enterprises to provide value-added services and gain profits,as well as the main link for users to transfer value and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase with the help of the platform.(4)In the payment and settlement stage,the platform provides users with payment,scoring,feedback and other services.The co-creation is dominated by the platform,and the performance is reflected in the improvement of user settlement efficiency and the improvement of supervision mechanism.(5)Platform matching rate and value-added service depth have a positive effect on platform performance.Through the case study of A company,this paper summarizes the experience and lessons in the process of platform value co-creation of the company,providing ideas and practical reference for other platforms how to optimize themselves. |
