Research On Working Capital Management Of H Pharmaceutical Company From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Working capital is an important factor in ensuring the effective operation of a business.Good working capital management helps enterprises improve profitability and reduce financial risks.In today’s economic consolidation and advances in network technology,companies are increasingly realizing that it is difficult to make optimal decisions by analyzing working capital only from the perspective of a single factor.Therefore,how to open up new research perspectives and speed up the reform of working capital management is very important for the development of enterprises.In view of this phenomenon,scholars began to gradually combine supply chain management and working capital management,apply financial data to actual business activities,and integrate theory and practice,providing a new idea for the management of enterprise working capital.As the reform of the medical system deepens,the medical industry becomes increasingly competitive,at present,the pharmaceutical industry has problems such as long product R &D and production cycle and long days of accounts receivable turnover,which also leads to low capital turnover efficiency of many enterprises and affects daily production and operation.Therefore,scientific and effective working capital management can help pharmaceutical enterprises develop healthily and sustainably.This paper selects H pharmaceutical company as a case study company,and analyzes the specific operation and fund management efficiency of procurement,production and sales from the perspective of supply chain.By studying the financial data in recent 5 years,this paper analyzes the current situation of working capital management of H pharmaceutical company,and points out that there are some problems in the procurement link,such as unreasonable procurement budget preparation and weak relationship with suppliers.The labor cost in the production process is too high.There are some problems in the sales process,such as insufficient attention to customer relationship management,low debt recovery ability and low inventory turnover efficiency.In view of the current deficiencies in the management of H pharmaceutical company,put forward corresponding improvement suggestions and safeguard measures.In the procurement link,it is necessary to formulate accurate procurement plans and strengthen the relationship construction between suppliers;The production link needs to reasonably control the labor cost and establish an information platform;The sales link needs to establish strategic customer relationship,establish a scientific credit policy to improve the efficiency of inventory management.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the suggestions put forward for the deficiency of working capital management of H pharmaceutical company,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of establishing information sharing platform,strengthening the construction of talent team and establishing the supervision mechanism of upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain.Through the research of this paper,it can not only effectively improve the problems existing in the working capital management of enterprises,but also further explain that the introduction of the concept of supply chain management can improve the working capital management level of enterprises.At the same time,it can also provide new management ideas for enterprises and continue to improve the working capital management system.
