| The global energy problem is becoming more and more serious,and the rapid economic development is inevitably accompanied by the huge consumption of energy.Environmental pollution poses a serious threat to the economic development of various countries.China also inevitably faced with this problem.Rural energy system is an indispensable part of Chinese energy system.Improving rural energy efficiency and optimizing rural energy structure is an important way to promote the reform of rural energy consumption and production.The countryside is important for China to accomplish the task of comprehensively building a well-off society.Rural energy revolution results will have a significant impact on Chinese energy production and consumption.Therefore,it is significantly to study the energy efficiency and spatial correlation in Chinese rural areas.Based on the panel data of rural energy efficiency of Chinese provinces from 2005to 2019,this paper utilizes super-SBM model and GML index model to study the rural energy efficiency of 30 provinces in China.This paper analyzes the inter-provincial differences of rural energy efficiency in China from static and dynamic aspects.Applying the modified gravity model and social network analysis method,this paper analyzes the connection strength and structural characteristics of the spatial association network of rural energy efficiency in China from the spatial point of view.To provide corresponding policy suggestions for improving Chinese rural energy efficiency and optimizing rural energy use structure.First of all,applying the carbon emission coefficient method and perpetual inventory method to calculate the CO2 emissions and fixed asset investment in rural areas.Constructing an index system to measure rural energy efficiency,and select seven indicators to measure Chinese rural energy efficiency:employees in the primary industry,energy input,electricity consumption,total power of agricultural machinery,investment in fixed assets,total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery,and CO2 emissions.The results exhibit that Chinese rural energy efficiency presents a steady upward trend from 2005 to 2019.The rural energy efficiency of eastern region is the highest and exceeds the national average.The central and western regions are all below the national average.Rural energy efficiency presents obvious inter-provincial differences.Furthermore,employing modified gravitational model to construct rural energy efficiency spatial association network.In order to investigate the evolution trend of rural energy efficiency spatial association network,so the research stage is divided into three stages:The Eleventh Five-Year Plan,The Twelfth Five-Year Plan and The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan.With the advance of regional integration,the flow speed and direction of rural resources gradually evolve in the spatial association network.The spatial association network of rural energy efficiency exhibits a complex spatial association network structure and forms a spatial association network system with certain regionalization characteristics.Thirdly,the social network analysis method is used to analyze the characteristics of spatial associated network structure of rural energy efficiency,and the inter-provincial differences are studied from the perspectives of overall network characteristics,individual network characteristics and cohesion subgroups.Ultimately,according to the research results,some targeted measures are put forward to optimize the rural energy consumption structure and improve the energy efficiency,so as to provide suggestions for promoting the reform of rural energy production and consumption. |
