Since the 21 st century,my country’s economy has developed rapidly,and road transportation,as an important infrastructure for economic development,has also maintained rapid development.With the rapid development of railway transportation and air transportation in recent years,road passenger transportation has become the main mode of transportation.However,the incidence of traffic accidents remained at a relatively high level,and the number of traffic accidents did not decrease significantly.In order to improve the safety level of vehicle operation of transportation enterprises,all localities require operating vehicles to be equipped with intelligent video monitoring and alarm equipment to monitor the safety status of operating vehicles and operating drivers in real time,and to alarm and remind drivers of dangerous behaviors and operations during transportation.From the perspective of passenger transport enterprise management and from the perspective of the enterprise itself,this thesis establishes a transport safety management evaluation system for passenger transport enterprises based on the above-mentioned intelligent video surveillance and alarm equipment.This thesis first expounds the research background,purpose and significance,sorts out various risk factors affecting road transportation safety,selects 17 influencing factors in four aspects,including personnel,enterprise attributes,management,and equipment,and uses AHP to analyze the factors at each level.Compare each other to determine the weight of each level and each factor.Taking advantage of the opportunity to undertake the horizontal project of Jiaozuo City Transportation Pipeline Bureau,conduct on-site investigation on the operational safety of passenger transport enterprises in Jiaozuo City,and combine the evaluation opinions of experts from the project team to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the operational safety of passenger transport enterprises in Jiaozuo City,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.,taking each passenger transport enterprise in Jiaozuo City as an independent sample,combined with the safety evaluation system constructed in this thesis,to evaluate the excellent degree of 17 influencing factors,and calculate the overall operational safety level of Jiaozuo passenger transport enterprise.Finally,the influencing factors are ranked according to the weight ratio.Combined with factors such as the level of weight,evaluation results,and the degree of attention of the regulatory authorities,the fatigue driving alarm is selected for detailed and in-depth analysis.Through the alarm data of three different types of passenger transport companies in Jiaozuo City Carry out variance analysis to determine the degree of influence of time period,week,and vehicle speed on fatigued driving.At the same time,the fatigue alarm data is clustered to give suggestions for staff work arrangements.Finally,management measures and other important safety factors are given.Practical and actionable comments and suggestions.There are 22 figures,20 tables,and 54 references.
