| The safety of road passenger transportation plays an important role in the safe trip of thousands of people and the stability and harmony of the society. The road passenger transportation and people’s demand of going out are developing day by day. However, the safety situation of road passenger transportation is not optimistic, facing huge ordeal. Serious traffic accident of commercial motor-vehicles of passenger transportation happens now and then, causing terrible social influence. Safety evaluation is an effective means of safety management, through which the corporate management philosophy can be changed from after-treatment to beforehand prevention, also managers and employees positivity of safety management can be improved greatly, and thus, the accident can be prevented effectively. These are the significances of carrying on the research of the road passenger transportation corporate evaluation of safety management.This thesis takes road passenger transportation corporate as the research object. Starting from the development and safety situation of China’s road passenger transportation business, through the analysis of basic theory of safety evaluation, causes of the road traffic accidents and the analysis of road passenger transportation system’s safety from the perspective of Safety management and safe production，on the basis of relevant laws, regulations and standards of China’s road passenger transportation’s safety of production, the road passenger transportation corporate’ index system of safety management evaluation is built under the guide of principle of the establishing the safety evaluation. Through the contrast, analysis and further use of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, the enterprise infrastructure security is evaluated. Through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the questionnaire is designed and the judgment matrix is constructed. The importance of the index will be rated by the industry experts, and the experts will test the consistency of judgment matrix, which will get weight if it is qualified. Safety evaluation methods directing at different evaluation points and subsample rules related to content of spot checks are researched and designed, classification criteria of security risk of corporate is formulated, and standard of evaluation and safety checklist of evaluation index are projected. At last, through evaluating the safety of passenger transport enterprise, the example analysis is processed. There are guiding significances and application values on strengthening the safety management of road passenger transportation corporate and putting into force of the standardization management of safety of production in this thesis. |
