Company executive incentive problem has been the research focus in the theory and practice,with the continuous deepening of the reform of salary system in our country,the listed company dominated by performance wage system is implemented,also gradually established,the market system,the completion of the company’s performance and executive pay individual assessment results are closely linked,but this does not prove that executive pay and performance variation is consistent,Executive compensation is related to the development of corporate governance ability and economic quality.It is of profound significance for executives to correctly understand the executive compensation system,improve the compensation incentive and design reasonable compensation plan.By reading domestic and foreign literature on executive compensation stickiness and using case analysis method according to relevant concepts and theories,this paper firstly introduces the basic information of The case company China Southern Airlines,describes the overall situation of executive compensation,and tests the stickiness of executive compensation.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of executive compensation stickiness of China Southern Airlines from three aspects: macro level,company level and individual executive level.Based on the analysis,the causes of executive compensation stickiness of China Southern Airlines are obtained,and corresponding governance countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of improving corporate governance structure and strengthening external supervision mechanism,so as to solve the problem of executive compensation stickiness.Finally,summarize and forecast the article.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following two points: First,the paper focuses on China Southern Airlines and analyzes the case with its own characteristics;Second,on the basis of examining the existence of executive compensation stickiness in China Southern Airlines,the paper deeply analyzes the causes of executive compensation stickiness from the macro level,the company level and the individual level of executives,and puts forward corresponding governance countermeasures.
