| Driven by the Internet economy,the material consumption demand of rural residents is increasing.However,China’s rural delivery logistics started late and developed slowly,which is not enough to support the logistics demand of the vast rural market.As an important measure to develop rural delivery logistics,“express delivery into villages” is the key to promote rural residents to obtain convenient logistics services.The differences in the level of economic,regional and industry situation have created different basic conditions for“express delivery into villages” in different regions.To achieve the goal,it is necessary to adopt appropriate express delivery modes for rural areas combined with local resource endowments.Firstly,this paper collects the data of China’s rural delivery logistics terminal construction in recent three years,and uses questionnaires to survey rural delivery logistics consumers in different regions.On this basis,this paper systematically analyzes the infrastructure,policy environment,market demand and distribution status of rural delivery logistics terminal.Secondly,the fishbone diagram analysis method is used to qualitatively analyze the 31 specific influencing factors of rural delivery logistics development.Then,the structural equation model is used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of rural delivery logistics development.Finally,this paper analyzes the data mining of regional economic and social development indicators,and then classifies the rural delivery logistics mode based on C5.0 decision tree algorithm,and constructs the rural delivery logistics mode adaptation model.The results shows:(1)The coverage rate of township express outlets in most regions of China is high,but the construction of village-level express outlets is insufficient.Although the express delivery to the countryside have been implemented for many years,most rural areas are still unable to delivery to domicile.The demand for express delivery in the rural market is increasing,so rural residents also expect the development of rural delivery logistics to be more convenient and efficient.(2)The impacts of policies and market environment related to rural delivery logistics,end distribution level,end market demand and end supply capacity on the development of rural delivery logistics decrease in turn.In order to accelerate the development of rural delivery logistics,targeted measures can be put forward from the above four aspects.(3)There are differences in the visibility of influencing factors of rural delivery logistics development in the eastern,central and western regions of China.In the process of developing rural delivery logistics,regional factors should be analyzed.(4)Based on the consideration of different resource conditions in rural areas,this paper realizes the adaptation of rural delivery logistics mode according to local conditions.The proposed model has high classification accuracy and good effect.In view of the present situation of rural delivery logistics development,through the empirical research on the influencing factors of rural delivery logistics development and the research on the logistics mode adaptation model,this paper argues that the exploration of rural delivery logistics operation mode should fully consider the existing basic conditions. |
