| In recent years,the home appliance market has become saturated,and it is difficult to impress consumers with various homogeneous products.Therefore,the transformation of home appliance manufacturing from traditional production-based manufacturing to user experience-centered service-oriented manufacturing has become an inevitable trend.The research emphasis of this transforming process is placed on how to realize the value-added of operation and maintenance,value-added of spare parts,user value mining and user demand mining.Therefore,in order to offer insight into all abovementioned aspects,this thesis provides the basis for the subsequent services such as accurate operation and maintenance,spare parts and personalization,and supports the transformation to service-oriented manufacturing by mining the potential law information hidden in the huge data set of the home appliance scenario.The research work of this dissertation includes the following three aspects.(1)Analyzing the data relationship structure of group portraits in home appliance scenes.Via mining the potential information hidden in the overall data set of the home appliance scenario,the value-added points of each group portrait are determined,and the data structure of each group portrait is designed from the perspectives of both the equipment group and the user group based on the value-added points,which provides the data basis for the subsequent construction of group portraits.(2)Constructing a device group portrait based on the FCM clustering algorithm.Based on the data collected in the appliance scenario,we extracted the data with Operation and Maintenance(O&M)value-added and spare parts value-added features,built the O&M state group portrait and spare parts state scenario portrait,and proposed the O&M value-added strategy and spare parts value-added strategy respectively based on the portrait results,which realized the two-way value-added of users and enterprises.(3)Constructing a user group portrait based on the CS-KMeans algorithm.The cuckoo search algorithm is used to optimize the K-Means algorithm,which improves the convergence speed of the algorithm.Based on the designed CS-KMeans algorithm,a user group portrait is constructed from two perspectives of user value and user demand,and a user value-added strategy and a product function design value-added strategy are proposed based on the portrait results,respectively,to achieve the purpose of adding value to users and enterprises.Finally,the present thesis designs and implements a label display platform for the group portrait results,which realizes the construction of the group portrait label model and the scheduling function of the portrait label model. |
