Happiness is an eternal topic that knows no borders and is the common pursuit of people all over the world.Labor,the essential activity of a person,is the fundamental way for people to achieve happiness.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned ideas such as "all happiness in the world needs to be created by hard work" and "labor is the source of happiness".Xi Jinping’s concept of labor happiness is an important theoretical achievement of the current Marxism in China.Based on Xi Jinping’s discussion on labor happiness,this paper summarizes the main content of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor happiness,and through the analysis of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor happiness,summarizes its advantages.The requirements of the times and the practical significance.The research on Xi Jinping’s concept of labor happiness helps us to grasp the theory more systematically.This paper’s thinking on Xi Jinping’s concept of labor happiness is mainly divided into three parts.The first part explores the basis for the formation of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor happiness.The labor happiness concept of Marxist classic writers,the labor happiness concept of the leaders of the Communist Party of China in all dynasties,and the labor happiness theory contained in our traditional culture have laid the theoretical foundation for the formation and development of Xi Jinping’s labor happiness concept.The promotion of the traditional concept of labor happiness is the inheritance and development of the classic Marxist writers’ concept of labor happiness,as well as the inheritance and innovation of the concept of labor happiness of the leaders of the Communist Party of China.The second part summarizes and summarizes the main content of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor happiness from the three dimensions of the connotation of the concept of labor happiness,the guarantee of realizing labor happiness,and the realistic path to realize labor happiness.First,it expounds that "people are the main body of labor happiness" and "labor is the source of happiness" are the two basic aspects of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor happiness.Three aspects of the concept of "four most" put forward the multi-dimensional guarantee for the realization of labor happiness,and pointed out that the realization of labor happiness must rely on hard work,honest work and creative work.The third part explains the era requirements and practical significance of realizing Xi Jinping’s concept of labor happiness.This paper believes that Xi Jinping’s concept of labor happiness provides a value orientation for us to refute the concept of lying flat happiness,provides ideological guidance for breaking the chain of labor discrimination,and provides a basis for the realization of people’s labor happiness.Practical guidance is provided.
