| At present,the new market demand is constantly generated,and the competition is becoming increasingly white hot.In addition,the aging population leads to the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend,and the labor cost is rising day by day.With the rapid development of science and technology and the outbreak of new technologies such as big data and the Internet of things,the manufacturing industry began to enter a new stage of industrial revolution.This paper takes the introduction of Intelligent Manufacturing in the metal NC cutting factory of F company as the research object.Firstly,the enterprise background of F company and the current enterprise production management mode of C04 factory are introduced.Then,the necessity and reasons for the implementation of the project are deeply explored from the aspects of equipment,technology and management.Secondly,from the perspective of project management,collect the problems existing in the process of Smart factory upgrading and transformation project through various channels,and find that the current project implementation mainly faces problems such as unclear project scope,limited human investment and coordination,and difficult progress supervision.Therefore,the optimization design is carried out for the above problems,the project objectives and specific scope are defined,the staffing plan and project schedule are optimized,and the project management tools such as WBS,PERT,critical path and other tools and methods are used to reasonably and scientifically determine the work tasks and logical relationship of the project,estimate the construction period of a project with a completion possibility of 97.73%,and then rely on the progress management tools and methods such as Gantt chart Milestone management,rush work,rapid follow-up and change control ensure the smooth implementation of the project,so as to achieve the goal of intelligent manufacturing upgrading and transformation by relying on digital automation equipment,standardized manufacturing and production technology and new generation information technology.This paper summarizes the theoretical overview and practical experience of intelligent upgrading schedule management in traditional factories.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide some theoretical reference value for later scholars.At the same time,it is also hoped that this research can provide practical guidance for the project schedule management of digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of enterprises. |
