Research On The Optimization Of Economic Model Of Enclave In Zhoukou XHZY Park Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is a necessary way to strengthen the foundation of China’s national strength and realize China’s all-round modernization.In the process of rural revitalization,some villages are rich in natural resources,but affected by regional conditions,geographical environment,infrastructure,industrial structure and other factors,the economic development is backward,and the foundation for the development of village groups is weak;Some local economies have developed rapidly,but are suffering from poor resources and limited development.The enclave economy is a regional cooperation model based on the fact that these two independent administrative regions have a gap in economic development to break the zoning restrictions and achieve resource complementarity and mutual benefit through cross space development.In the development process of enclave economy,there have been many development models,but there are few applications in agricultural parks.Based on this,this dissertation takes the enclave of Zhoukou XHZY Park,which is a cooperative enclave between Zhoukou Government and Henan Weiqi Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Group,as an example,to study its enclave economy and model,in order to find a suitable enclave economic development model for Zhoukou XHZY Park.With the continuous deepening of rural revitalization,while the rural economy is developing,how to increase the overall income of farmers and promote the overall consumption of farmers has become a new direction for the development of agricultural parks.Based on industrial transfer theory,industrial integration theory and economic consortium theory,questionnaire survey and field interview;With the help of industrial transfer theory,industrial integration theory and economic association theory,this thesis adopts questionnaire survey and field interview,the enclave economy in Zhoukou XHZY Park has experienced the development stage of "enterprise+base+technology+farmers" poverty alleviation model and "technology+capital+leading" driving model,which has promoted the development of local economy.However,there are still imperfect bilateral cooperation mechanisms,asymmetric information between the two sides in the enclave economy model,unclear corporate rights and responsibilities,the slow increase of farmers’ income,the simplification of agricultural product sales channels and the insufficient participation of social capital in the enclave economy model.From the perspective of the country,leading enterprises,farmers and society as a whole,this thesis proposes a new mode of enclave economic development of "government+enterprises+farmers+consumption+society",and proposes the implement path of optimizing the enclave economic model in the park: it is recommended that the government formulate implementation rules to build an effective cooperation mechanism within the enclave economic region.Clarify the rights and responsibilities of the main body of enterprises,and help the revitalization of rural industries.It is also suggested to establish a sound interest coordination and distribution mechanism to promote the real increase of farmers’ income.In order to market the agricultural products of enclave economy,establish diversified agricultural product sales channels.Create a social atmosphere and reasonably guide social capital to promote enclave mode.
