| Fruit and vegetable are essential substances in people’s life,and there are many kinds of fruits and vegetables.At present,the sorting and selling of fruit and vegetable mainly rely on manual labor.There are often long queues for weighing bulk fruit and vegetable in supermarkets or vegetable markets,which not only reduces the experience of consumers,but also goes against people’s pursuit of convenient life.The intelligent weighing system for fruit and vegetable based on YOLOv4 model and single chip microcomputer proposed in this research uses computer vision technology to design a suitable network structure by studying and extracting image features of fruit and vegetable to improve the position accuracy of fruit and vegetable detection candidate regions and the classification of them.The accuracy of recognition,solve the external environmental influences such as light and shade,interference,realize the classification and detection of fruit and vegetable under complex backgrounds,and use its efficient and convenient characteristics to combine with weighing hardware equipment,which is used in commodity retail and actual production.research.The whole system is divided into two parts: the upper computer and the lower computer.The upper computer mainly uses the detection and recognition algorithm based on the improved YOLOv4 model proposed in this research to detect and classify fruit and vegetable.The specific improvements include using Mobile Net V3 to replace the feature extraction network CSPDarknet53 of the YOLOv4 model to improve the speed of this model;Introduce a lightweight attention mechanism into the feature extraction network to improve the feature extraction ability of the model;use dilated convolutions to expand the receptive field,reduce information loss,and improve the target detection ability of the YOLOv4 model.The lower computer mainly includes a fruit and vegetable weighing system composed of STC89C51 single-chip microcomputer,HX711 pressure sensor and 1602 liquid crystal display screen for displaying weight and price.Through the fruit and vegetable detection and recognition algorithm based on the improved YOLOv4 model,the automatic weight acquisition algorithm based on single chip microcomputer and sensor,and the fruit and vegetable intelligent weighing system developed with Py Qt5 graphical interface,this research can realize the functions of intelligent detection,recognition,weighing and pricing of fruit and vegetable,which is conducive to the construction of smart market in the new retail environment,enhance the positive impact of artificial intelligence on consumers’ shopping experience,and better meet people’s pursuit of intelligent and convenient lifestyle. |
