The landing gear is a complex and important systems in the aircraft,and its failure can lead to catastrophic consequences and serious damage to the aircraft structure.It is necessary to have high efficiency and safe fault diagnosis technology and various precautions in the daily maintenance of the aircraft,This thesis primarily aims at fault diagnosis and reliability research of landing gear mechanism,which mainly includes the following aspects:1)Summarized the common faults of the landing gear,the characteristics and the source of the faults are pointed out.The conventional fault diagnosis technology is analyzed,and its shortcomings are pointed out,and relevant measures are put forward to effectively ensure and improve the mechanical fault diagnosis technology of civil aviation aircraft.2)Performed the landing gear’s mechanical analysis,and established a static model.using ANSYS simulation software to carried out static analysis and modal analysis.By applying constraints to the simulation model for fatigue analysis,the stress spectrum equivalent of fatigue weaknesses is calculated,and predicted the working life.3)Proposed a method for kinematic modeling and simulation of the landing gear retraction system,and the kinematic model is established.By simplifying the kinematic chain,the kinematic equation is established through the theoretical function.The kinematics of the landing gear is simulated by using ADAMS simulation software,and the correlation between the change of motion curve and mechanical failure is analyzed.4)Proposed a method for functional hazard analysis of aircraft landing gear by using grey evaluation theory.Aiming at the problem of failure,based on the results of static test,modal test,fatigue test and kinematic analysis,using gray evaluation theory to analyze the functional hazards and reliability of aircraft landing gears.Perform fault diagnosis and analysis from factors such as mechanical damage or faulty warning indication,etc.The data analysis and processing of the simulation results are carried out by using the grey evaluation method,and the existence of the fault problem is obtained,which has further guiding significance for how to take the treatment measures.This thesis makes theoretical innovation and practice of aircraft landing gear fault diagnosis and reliability analysis,which is of great significance for improving the rapid response of the fault diagnosis system,and provides the help for intelligent fault diagnosis in the future.
