| Aircraft landing gear is one of the key components of aircraft airborne systems.During the safe landing of the aircraft,the aircraft and the ground will have a strong vibration between the shock and large impact load,the landing gear of the buffer system is to absorb and consume these huge impact energy role,so the aircraft landing gear buffer system will directly affect the safety and comfort of the aircraft.Most modern aircraft use oil and gas passive cushioning system,but the adjustment range is limited.The MR fluid has good continuity,reversibility and frequency response in the millisecond order,so the semi-active control mode MR damper can effectively improve the landing gear’s landing cushion performance.In this paper,based on a model of aircraft landing gear as the research object,compared the damping effect of MR damper and passive oil buffer system,research method of MR damper using semi active control to replace the oil and gas cushion system.In this paper,the method of simulating joint of soft and MATLAB is simulated by mechanical dynamic simulation.Firstly,the ADAMS dynamic simulation software is used to model the aircraft landing gear,state variables.Then,the sliding mode control algorithm and the fuzzy control algorithm are set up established in MATLAB / SIMULINK to semi-active control the MR damper.The last,the joint simulation go on.For the first time to complete the joint simulation based on sliding mode control,which can avoid the problem that the calculation model of control algorithm is too simplistic.It can reflect the working condition of magnetorheological landing gear more realistically and improve the visualization degree.At the same time,it improved the verification accuracy of the system,and get very good results. |
