Under the modern information war system,military communication,radar detection,satellite navigation,weapon guidance,electronic confrontation and other combat systems of the joint combat mission forces need to obtain sufficient electromagnetic spectrum resource support.Under the limited spectral resource conditions,how to implement the frequency planning of the mission forces scientifically,in real time and accurately,thus obtaining the joint combat frequency planning scheme that maximized the decision of the commander of the commander,has become the key to improving the effectiveness of the use of frequency equipment and improving the effectiveness of the joint combat forces.Operational frequency planning of joint combat can be divided into pre-war frequency planning and emergency frequency planning,and pre-war frequency planning is the comprehensive scheduling of frequency use of all kinds of frequency equipment in the operational frequency planning scheme made before the beginning of the operation;Emergency frequency planning is a quick response to the new interference conflicts caused by all kinds of emergencies in the course of combat,and a quick and timely correction of operational frequency planning scheme.In the second chapter,a frequency planning framework for joint operations is proposed by using the modeling method and solving algorithm of frequency assignment problem,introducing multi-objective optimization theory.This paper first briefly introduces the application scenarios of frequency allocation problems,focuses on the analysis of typical modeling methods of frequency allocation problems,compares the solving principles and optimization performance of existing frequency allocation algorithms,and lists the performance evaluation indexes of frequency allocation algorithms.In reference on the basis of the above method,multi-objective optimization theory is introduced to solve frequency planning problem in joint operations,and a basic frequency planning model of joint operations with multiple optimization objectives is proposed,which can realize the comprehensive scheduling of frequency equipment in three dimensions of frequency domain,space domain and energy domain,and accords with the characteristics of frequency planning problems in joint operations.This paper analyzes and compares the principle and optimization performance of the algorithm that can be used for frequency planning in joint operations,and summarizes the performance evaluation index of the algorithm that can be used for frequency planning in joint operations,which lays a theoretical foundation for the solution algorithm of pre-war frequency planning and emergency frequency planning in the next step.The third chapter puts forward the multi-objective pre-war frequency planning model and its algorithm,using community detection,greedy algorithm,mountain climbing algorithm,ant colony algorithm,scheduling strategy improvement,coefficient of adaptive adjustment method,and the simulation results prove that the proposed algorithm in solving pre-war frequency planning problem has better quality and solving speed.Aiming at the pre-war frequency planning problem,this paper establishes a pre-war frequency planning model with multiple optimization objectives,which can realize the time-domain multiplexing and the integrated scheduling in frequency domain,space domain and energy domain,taking the minimum interference conflict,the highest demand satisfaction and the lowest adjacent frequency risk as the optimization objectives,and put forward a new solution before the war in frequency planning problem of non dominated sorting ant colony algorithm.The algorithm combines community detection mechanism to reduce the complexity of electromagnetic interference calculation,greedy strategy and mountain climbing algorithm to improve the early convergence speed,scheduling improvement strategy and coefficient adaptive adjustment method to improve the global optimization performance.Use hyper-volume and inverted generational distance tests on the performance of the algorithm in this paper,the simulation results indicate the algorithm can be faster operation before the war that could satisfy the requirement of the commander with frequency planning scheme,at the same time can get much higher quality set of pre-war frequency planning scheme compared with the classical multi-objective optimization algorithms.Moreover,the performance difference between the schemes is larger,which is of greater value to the commander in auxiliary decision-making.In the fourth chapter,a dynamic multi-objective emergency frequency planning model and its solving algorithm are proposed.The environmental change detection mechanism based on sensitive individuals and the introduction mechanism of population diversity are adopted.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better solving quality and outstanding real-time performance in solving emergency frequency planning problem.Aiming at the problem of emergency frequency planning,based on the pre-war frequency planning model,this paper sets up four kinds of dynamic change scenarios,such as the change of available spectrum resources,the change of frequency equipment quantity,the change of position and the occurrence of the above situations at the same time,and builds a dynamic multi-objective emergency frequency planning model.On the basis of the introduction of dynamic non dominated sorting genetic algorithm,in view of the algorithm does not have environmental change detection mechanism and is difficult to realize real-time response to sudden with the condition of frequency flaws in the operational process,this paper design and increase the environmental change detection mechanism of the algorithm,and use the improved dynamic non dominated sorting genetic algorithm to solve the emergency frequency planning model.Use hyper-volume and inverted generational distance to check out the performance of the proposed algorithm,the simulation results manifest the algorithm can quickly adjust to get higher quality of emergency frequency planning scheme compared with static non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm,which meets the real-time and high efficiency requirements of emergency frequency planning problem.What’s more,the quality of the emergency frequency planning scheme solved in the same time is higher,and the performance difference between the schemes is greater,which gives the commander more choice space and has higher auxiliary decision-making value.
