The Reliability Acceptance Test(RAT)is to check whether the product meets the reliability requirements.The Type-I censored experiment is widely used in RAT plans because of its excellent controllability,practicability and risk management capabilities.Nowadays,the classic statistical method is used in most of the application of Type-I censored experiment.However,traditional methods are limited for the products with high reliability and small sample size.Besides,most of the research focuses on exponentially distributed products.The consideration on other distributions is not enough.In this paper,the prior information is used to reduce the uncertainty of the test plans.The test duration of the acceptance plans is reduced by determining the value of two types of risks accurately.Considering that exponentially distributed products is mostly focused on traditional research,the Type-I censored RAT plans for Weibull distributed products by considering expert information is proposed in the paper.The main contents are as follows:(1)Research on the design of Type-I censored RAT plans based on multi-source information fusion for exponentially distributed product.Three different types of expert information and lifetime information at development stage are considered.Different types of information are transformed into parameter distributions.The D-S evidencebased theory is used to fuse the distribution.Then the two types of risks for exponentially distributed product can be determined by using the conditional probability formula.Finally,the value of two types of risks is used to design the RAT plans with shorter test time and controllable risks.(2)Research on the design of Type-I censored RAT plans based on expert information for Weibull distributed product.Because the statistical characteristics of Weibull distribution is very different from the exponential distribution,the RAT plans for Weibull distributed products needs to be redesigned.Three different types of expert information are taken into account and the D-S evidence-based theory is also used to fuse the distribution.Then the two types of risks for the RAT plans of Weibull distributed product can be calculated.Finally,the RAT plans with shorter test time can be determined.The effectiveness of the proposed method has been proved by the simulation and case study.The proposed method improves the accuracy of the two types of risks calculation by using the multi-source information.And the Type-I censored RAT plans are optimized based on the proposed method.With respect to further research,different types of information and fusion method will be applied to optimize the proposed method.
