| Influenced by the global epidemics nowadays,the profits in China’s construction industry has gradually decreased.Based on the actual project quality,safety and cost,it is imperative to adopt large-scale intelligent method or intelligent mechanical equipment construction instead of traditional manual operation to increase the project value.With the development and application of various new techniques,new technologies and new materials,more and more intelligent mechanical equipments have been applied into various fields of engineering construction,and mechanical equipments have become widely used in tunnel and mine engineerings.On the premise of realizing automation and intelligence of equipments,reasonable control,improvement of construction efficiency and reasonable cost control are the research hotspots of tunnel construction at present.Based on the construction of Guizhou Guihuang Expressway-Guihuang No.9 Longchang Tunnel,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the cost control of intelligent mechanized tunnel construction.Firstly,the theory and method of the project cost control are summarized and analyzed,and the main factors,control principles,contents and measures that affect the tunnel construction cost are provided.Secondly,research on the intelligent construction method of Longchang Tunnel and all kinds of construction machinery and technologies are involved,and the concrete construction situation of Longchang Tunnel are well understood;Thirdly,the construction cost of each main process in the mechanized construction of Longchang Tunnel is analyzed in details.Finally,the advantages and suggestions of tunnel intelligent mechanical construction management and control are given,which provides a certain reference for the future construction of similar projects.Through the research,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The intelligent complete set of mechanical construction and information management method adopted in Longchang Tunnel ensure the quality and safety of the project,and realize the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase of mechanized and intelligent tunnel construction;2.Tunnel excavation,mechanical erection and shotcrete are the main processes that affect the quality,safety and cost of tunnel engineering.On the premise of ensuring safety and quality,the greater the monthly footage of tunnel construction,the lower the construction cost;3.In the early stage of tunnel mechanized construction,as the mechanical use and maintenance cost is high,there is no cost advantage in the primary stage.As each working procedure is closely coordinated,and the monthly footage of tunnel excavation exceeds 146 m,so the construction cost of a complete set of mechanized excavation will be significantly lower than that of pure manual excavation.Reasonable control of tunnel footage is an important measure to control the cost of mechanized tunnel construction.4.The cost control methods of building information model,cost database and cost management system in the follow-up tunnel mechanized construction process are given,so as to control the cost of the tunnel intelligent mechanical construction process that has not yet been carried out reasonably and effectively. |
