Optimization Of Intelligent Voice Project Development Process In XP Company

With the continuous advancement of artificial intelligence technology,automobiles,as a platform for the integrated application of artificial intelligence technology,are accelerating their transformation to intelligence,and intelligence has become the core strategy for the development of the international automotive industry.XP’s intelligent voice project development process framework has basically matured.Although the basic framework of the project is very mature,due to the need for rapid iteration and upgrade,as well as the application requirements of multiple models and versions,this has led to many bottlenecks in process details that need to be solved urgently.Aiming at the detailed bottleneck in the development process of XP’s intelligent voice project,this paper proposes a solution to optimize the development process through lean management thinking.First,the background and current situation of XP and the intelligent voice project are analyzed.Secondly,the in-depth interview method and value stream mapping method were used to find the problems in the existing development process of XP’s intelligent voice project.Thirdly,on the basis of the analysis of the cause of the problem,a series of optimization measures are proposed by drawing on the theory and practical tools of lean management.These include establishing standardized user story management,normalizing documents,and simplifying content formats;Strengthen the management of technical debt,promote the iteration of technical debt,and take turns to maintain technical debt;Optimize waste in knowledge transfer,document important decisions and solutions,and share and archive them with teams;Use Kanban visualization to optimize the value flow in the project and improve the efficiency of information transfer and work collaboration;Improve meeting efficiency and decision-making speed by optimizing meeting processes,such as iterative planning meetings and daily stand-up meetings,and optimize employee turnover to enhance knowledge transfer and team stability.Finally,the preliminary effect verification of the development process is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the process optimization scheme,and the implementation guarantee measures of the process optimization scheme are further proposed.This study aims to optimize the bottleneck problem in the development process of XP’s intelligent voice project,solve the bottleneck problem,improve work efficiency,and reduce development time and cost.
