The idle-speed of heavy duty truck is low,and the low-frequency excitation of engine idling is easy to cause the vibration of accessories with low stiffness.In order to solve this problem,in addition to improving the stiffness of the structures,the powertrain mount system also needs to be optimized to improve the NVH performance of the vehicle.This research is based on a heavy duty truck.In order to solve the vibration problem of the product at idle-speed,the following research work is done in this paper:First,The powertrain mount system was test and the vibration isolation performance index of the powertrain mount system was obtained,and the dynamic parameters of the powertrain mount system are obtained through the experiment.Second,the powertrain mount system is analyzed and studied theoretically,the dynamic model of the powertrain mount system is established,and the inertia tensor synthesis formula is given.Then,the parameters of each mount of the powertrain mount system are optimized,and the topology of the mount support structure is optimized.Finally,the optimization results are verified by simulation.Finally,the vibration isolation performance of the optimized powertrain mount system is tested on the vehicle,and the vibration isolation performance of the optimized powertrain mount system is analyzed in terms of vibration isolation rate and vibration intensity.After the powertrain mount system is optimized,the experimental results show that the vibration isolation performance of the powertrain mount system is improved.After the mount support structure is optimized,the quality of mount support is reduced.The simulation results show that the stiffness and strength of the optimized mount support are improved.Using the method of combination structural optimization with parameter optimization to solves the vibration problem caused by the engine system,which has produced good results in application.This method has certain practical value in solving the vibration problem of vehicle accessories caused by powertrain,and this method has certain guiding value for engineering practice.
