| The rapid renewal and iteration of China’s manufacturing industries,such as household appliances,has driven the trend towards the gradual saturation of their consumer demand and facilitated a shift in the development of the market from incremental to stock.In today’s fast-changing online world,a single low-performance home appliance is no longer able to meet people’s daily needs.Whether the company has made timely strategic adjustments to diversify and intelligently transform its supply chain positively is an important factor in its ability to survive in a highly competitive market.The traditional financial management model has also changed under the influence of the rapid development of cutting-edge information technology,and the integration of industry and finance is becoming an emerging financial management option.Therefore,home appliance manufacturing enterprises need to seek corresponding breakthrough points,implement the integration of industry and finance in the actual development,enhance its effectiveness and impact,and ensure the long-term development of enterprises.This paper takes the supply chain management of Midea Group as the research object and,starting from the background of the integration of industry and finance,briefly discusses the development stages,concepts and theoretical bases of the research on supply chain,supply chain management and the integration of industry and finance.Based on the theoretical analysis,this paper explains the development of supply chain management of Midea Group by introducing the system framework and the main tools covering the whole process of supply chain management,taking into account the basic situation of Midea Group.In addition to discussing MRP system,VMI model,"T+3" model and Ande Logistics in supply chain,and "632" project,Mei Cloud,Intelligent Manufacturing,and Industrial Internet Platform in information technology,a detailed analysis of the integration of industry and finance in the supply chain management of Midea Group is made from two aspects,namely,the main tools and the division of functions.Finally,after discussing and analyzing the effectiveness of the supply chain management developed by Midea Group with the integration of industry and finance as the grip,conclusions,insight and outlook are drawn.As one of the leading companies in the Chinese home appliance industry,Midea Group has a certain level of representation.It is hoped that this paper,after exploring the supply chain management of Midea Group from the perspective of industry-financial integration,can provide some experience for other manufacturing enterprises to learn from,thus further enriching the theoretical and practical exploration of supply chain management and the integration of industry and finance in China. |
