In recent years,with the improvement of economic development level,and residents’ pursuit of integrated consumption patterns including shopping,leisure,and entertainment,the commercial complex,a new type of multi-functional building that meets this consumption concept,has emerged.From the perspective of fire safety,commercial complexes are fire-prone places due to factors such as large volume,complex structure,types of combustibles,high density of people,and long business hours.Once a fire occurs,it is easy to cause serious life and property loss.Carrying out the fire risk assessment can help clarify the key aspects of fire control of commercial complexes,which is very important for achieving “prevention first” and“combination of prevention and fire-fighting”.In view of this,the fire risk assessment of commercial complexes are studied in this thesis.Firstly,the fire risk factors of commercial complexes were classified based on the theory of “three types of risk sources”.On this basis,the fire risk factors were identified from logical laws and cause and effect relationship by combining the method of Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)and Event Tree Analysis(ETA).Secondly,through comprehensively considering the principles of scientificity,systematicness,comprehensiveness and representativeness,and noting the combination of qualitative and quantitative,and based on the consideration of facilitating the improvement of comprehensive firefighting capacity building,a fire risk evaluation index system with5 first-level indicators and 29 second-level indicators was constructed using literature research and expert interviews.Then,by taking cloud model theory as the forerunner of Fuzzy C-Means(FCM)clustering method,the number of clusters and initial cluster centers were objectively determined,and a fire risk assessment model for commercial complexes based on cloud model theory improved FCM algorithm was constructed.Finally,a commercial complex is selected to carry out an empirical study on the proposed fire risk assessment model,and based on the evaluation results,some risk prevention and control measures were proposed.The fire risk factors of commercial complexes were identified in this thesis,and a fire risk evaluation index system was established,and then a fire risk evaluation model based on the cloud model modified FCM algorithm.This model could provide a new perspective for the fire risk evaluation of commercial complexes and enrich the methodology for fire risk assessment.By classifying the risk factors in the index system,improvement and control of each risk can be acquired in a targeted manner,so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensively reducing the fire risk level of commercial complexes. |
