With the national water conservancy facilities have been gradually improved,China’s macro strategic layout is gradually decreasing,the focus of gravity is gradually shifting to the direction of repair,reinforcement and facility upgrading of water conservancy projects,and "the 14 th Five-year plan" proposed to strengthen the construction of water conservancy infrastructure,accelerate the reinforcement of dangerous reservoirs.More than 80% of China were built in the 1950 s and 1970 s,and the long period of operation led to the gradual increase of dangerous risks,and the penetration of the dam is the main engineering factor that leads to the harm of the dam.Therefore,it is urgent to accelerate the seepage reinforcement of dangerous reservoirs.This paper uses TOPSIS’s grey correlation analysis method to rank each reinforcement scheme,to provide a scientific and effective decision method for the determination of the reservoir dam reinforcement scheme.The main research contents are described as follows:(1)Theoretical basis of the concept and method of reservoir dam disease risk.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the concept and causes of disease and risk of reservoir dams,and refines the leakage of the dam base,dam body and dam slope;at the same time,it conducts an in-depth study of the theoretical basis and basic principles of the scheme preference theory,the approximate ideal solution ranking method and the grey correlation analysis method,providing a deep theoretical foundation for the research method of this paper.(2)Constructing an evaluation index system for reservoir dam removal and reinforcement schemes.This paper is based on the four principles of systematicity,scientificity,predictability and feasibility,and classifies "economic,technical and safety" in more detail through field research and literature analysis.The indicators were optimised and selected to establish a system of 7 primary indicators and 26 secondary indicators based on economic factors,engineering quality factors,construction site safety management,construction and post-operation and maintenance difficulties,construction technology advancement,schedule indicators and environmental impact.(3)Establishing a multi-objective evaluation model for reservoir dam de-risking and strengthening programme.This paper uses the hierarchical analysis method and CRITIC method to assign weights to the subject and objective separately,and applies the Lagrange multiplier method and the principle of minimum information entropy to assign weights to the combination of indicators,which makes up for the shortcomings of the main and guest government-wide,while using Matlab programming software to fit the solution and establish a grey correlation optimization model based on TOPSIS,each solution is ranked according to its proximity to the ideal solution and their comprehensive proximity to rank,the greater the comprehensive closeness,the better the reinforcement solution,and vice versa,the worse.(4)This paper takes Lingao Reservoir as an engineering case.Verification of the evaluation index system and scheme evaluation of scientific and reliability,according to the problems in the reservoir operation selected four kinds of reinforcement scheme,the selected reinforcement scheme evaluation,the results of the four scheme A> C> B>solution D,the optimal scheme for scheme A,the evaluation results are more accurate,can provide reference and reference for similar reinforcement project.
