As the core hub of the national comprehensive transportation system and the window of external communication,the port has become more and more important in promoting regional economic development and international trade.However,at present,there are still certain gaps and deficiencies in many aspects of China’s ports,such as logistics service functions and service quality.Therefore,accelerating the transformation and upgrading,expanding the logistics service function and continuously improving the quality level of logistics service have become the urgent problems to be solved for the development of China’s ports.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of port logistics services,find out the shortcomings,and propose targeted measures to promote the improvement of port logistics services,and finally achieve the quality upgrade of the port as a whole.Firstly,through literature analysis method and Delphi method,the existing port logistics service quality evaluation indexes were analyzed and selected.In this way,a port logistics service quality evaluation index system including five dimensions of facility and equipment quality,geopolitical quality,relationship quality,value quality and process quality was designed.After that,in order to ensure the objectivity of the evaluation,the idea of gray correlation was further introduced to reasonably assign the weights of each index.Through the analysis of index weight set,it is found that the most important dimension in the evaluation of port logistics service quality is process quality,followed by facility and equipment quality and relationship quality,while the relatively less important dimensions are geopolitical quality and value quality.In order to verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system,an empirical study was conducted on the logistics service quality of Dalian port as an example.Firstly,the double constraint method is used to assign values to each index to effectively reduce the subjectivity of evaluation,and the evaluation method of cloud model is used to clearly and intuitively obtain the affiliation level of logistics service quality of Dalian port.The evaluation results show that the level of logistics service quality of Dalian port is "good",but there is still a certain gap from "excellent".To this end,the evaluation results are further refined and analyzed using the IPA matrix.And targeted strategies are proposed for the improvement of logistics service quality in Dalian port,with a view to providing a reference for Chinese port enterprises to improve logistics service quality and helping the overall port service to achieve high-quality development. |
