In recent years,with the upgrading of consumption structure and the strengthening of economic ties between regions,China's airlines have developed rapidly.The scale of shipping business has grown steadily,among which the air freight business has also developed rapidly.In 2018,the whole industry completed 7million 385 thousand and 100 tons of cargo and mail transportation,an increase of4.6% over the previous year.However,China's air transport industry has been developing for a short time.Airlines are facing many problems in the process of development,such as low level of overall development,rising costs,shortage of talents,and low service efficiency.In the airline's cargo business,the input of logistics service has not brought the corresponding level of logistics service,and the low efficiency of service has become the main problem facing the development of air cargo in China.Theoretically speaking,there are few researches on the efficiency of airline logistics service,and there are deficiencies in research methods and contents.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the efficiency of airline logistics service.In this context,based on the development status and characteristics of air cargo,this paper takes several major airlines in China as an example to study the factors that affect the logistics service efficiency of airlines.From four aspects of human,material,financial and information level,four different input indicators are selected: freight and mail transportation cost,number of cargo planes,number of logistics service employees,freight information system;from three aspects of economic indicators,business indicators and service indicators,three different output indicators are selected: freight and mail transportation revenue,freight and mail transportation volume,logistics service Service satisfaction,the establishment of airlines logisticsservice efficiency evaluation index system.Considering that there are some errors in the data acquisition of the output index of logistics service satisfaction,so in this paper,the output is regarded as a random variable,the opportunity constraint model of random DEA is constructed,the random efficiency value is calculated,and the logistics service efficiency of airlines is analyzed.From the horizontal and vertical dimensions,through the comparison with the same type and different types of airlines and with the efficiency of the enterprise itself,help the enterprise understand the level of its service efficiency.Taking four listed airlines as an example,this paper makes an evaluation and analysis,and finally puts forward the corresponding management enlightenment based on the obtained results.This paper takes China Southern Airlines as the research object,and evaluates its logistics service efficiency based on the index system and random DEA evaluation method.Based on the random DEA model,the enterprise efficiency value is calculated.Firstly,the comparison between China Southern Airlines and China Eastern Airlines shows that the competition between them is fierce,there is no obvious efficiency priority,and the enterprise efficiency value of the two airlines has been in a state of fluctuation.Secondly,the comparison between China Southern Airlines and Hainan Airlines and Spring Airlines shows that the enterprise efficiency value of China Southern Airlines is higher than that of Hainan Airlines in ten years The service efficiency value of air and Spring Airlines,and the enterprise efficiency fluctuation of China Southern Airlines is smaller and more stable.Through vertical comparison,it is found that the efficiency value of China Southern Airlines has a lot of room for improvement.From 2010 to 2015,the efficiency value of China Southern Airlines fluctuated greatly.After 2015,the efficiency value of China Southern Airlines showed a significant downward trend,and the enterprises were not stable in the service development in the past decade.Combined with the analysis results,the paper puts forward suggestions for the improvement of logistics service efficiency of China Southern Airlines from four aspects: new expansion of asset scale,integration of supply chain services,re promotion of informatization level and wide coverage of training,so as to make enterprises pay more attention to these factors in the future operation process,so as to achieve the purpose of improving logistics service efficiency of enterprises.
