In the speed regulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor,it is usually necessary to use speed sensor to obtain the information of motor speed and rotor position. However, the use of speed sensor reduces the reliability of the system and increases the cost of the system. Therefore, the research on speed sensorless control technology is becoming more and more important. This paper studies the speed sensorless speed regulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor, designs the speed sensorless control system based on extended Kalman filter(EKF),analyzes and studies the genetic algorithm to optimize the initial state matrix of extended Kalman, the speed sensorless control system based on sliding mode speed controller(SMC)and adaptive fading extended Kalman algorithm(AFEKF).The initial state matrix value of traditional EKF algorithm is generally selected through experiment or experience, which will affect the accuracy of motor speed estimation. To solve this problem, this paper analyzes the feasibility of genetic algorithm optimization scheme, gives the specific iterative steps, establishes a speed sensorless control system based on GA-EKF,and obtains the optimized initial state matrix value. In order to speed up the speed convergence,a sliding mode speed controller using fast power reaching law is introduced. On this basis,an improved fast power reaching law is obtained, which can further speed up the speed convergence and reduce the chattering phenomenon caused by sliding mode control to a certain extent.Aiming at the problem that the traditional EKF algorithm has a large error in the speed estimation value in the motor starting stage and after sudden load,AFEKF algorithm is introduced. The fading factor is added to the algorithm to enhance the gain effect of new measurement data.A speed sensorless control system based on SMC and AFEKF is established.Through the analysis of simulation waveform,it is verified that the algorithm can improve the overall speed estimation accuracy to a certain extent,And there is no deviation in the estimation of rotor position, which improves the dynamic characteristics of the overall control system.
