Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the characteristics of high efficiency,large power factor,large starting torque and small volume.In the 1980s,Nd-Fe-B materials were discovered,which greatly promoted the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor.It is promoted by the market and once again pushes the permanent magnet synchronous motor to a new height.Speed control is a common control in permanent magnet synchronous motor control system.The speed loop control plays a role in regulating the speed.At present,the common speed loop control is the traditional PI control,which has the advantages of simple algorithm,high reliability and good robustness.However,in the face of complex environment,its dynamic performance can not meet the required requirements,and its parameter setting is difficult.Sensorless control means that the position information of the motor is obtained by algorithm derivation instead of directly measuring the motor position information by sensors.The permanent magnet synchronous motor controlled by sensorless control has compact structure,small space,wide application scenarios,safety and reliability,and stable performance,which is more and more favored by highprecision manufacturers and researchers.Therefore,it has practical significance for the speed loop and sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Firstly,some table tips and the structure and classification of built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor are introduced,the static coordinate system and rotating coordinate are analyzed,and the concept and construction process of vector control model are introduced in detail.Finally,the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system is obtained through simulation.Secondly,the traditional PI speed loop control system is improved.Using fuzzy PI sliding mode dual control to replace the traditional PI speed loop control can make the motor vector control transfer speed loop control system have strong robustness.It can not only improve the stability of speed,speed up the speed to reach the stability time,but also maintain a good state under variable load.Then,the characteristics of volume Kalman are analyzed,the low-speed sensorless of pulse vibration high-frequency voltage injection method in high-frequency injection method is deeply analyzed,its simulation model is built,and the experimental phenomena are observed.Then it introduces the high-speed sensorless control,compares them with extended Kalman,compares their characteristics under the same conditions,and summarizes their applicable environments under different conditions.Finally,because the single permanent magnet synchronous motor has no position sensor control,it can only adapt to the low-speed or high-speed state.Through the two sensorless control,the permanent magnet synchronous motor can adapt to the full speed movement,and the switching mode is selected to make the permanent magnet synchronous motor more smooth in the switching process from low speed to high speed.Combined with the generation of low-speed pulse vibration high-frequency voltage injection and adapting to the medium and high-speed volume Kalman sensorless control technology,through the composite double closed-loop vector control,the parameters between each system can be set independently,so as to avoid the situation that the parameters do not meet their respective requirements and cannot be combined due to the use of different sensorless control and the same vector control system framework.Figure[74]Table[7]Reference[71]...
