As an important part of the urban public transportation system,rail transit has become the preferred mode of transportation for most urban residents.With the increasing pressure of passenger transportation,in order to ensure the daily travel safety of Chinese residents,the study of passenger flow control schemes for rail transit lines and stations has become an important subject of passenger flow control research.This paper takes the rail transit line station passenger flow control plan as the research object,adopts the Fisher optimal division method to divide the rail transit passenger flow control period;establishes a passenger flow control multi-objective planning model to study the rail transit line station passenger flow control plan during peak hours;adopts genetics Algorithm to solve the passenger flow control model.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Analyzed the time and space distribution characteristics of passenger flow in urban rail transit lines during peak hours,summarized the factors affecting passenger flow,and clarified the concept of passenger flow control classification and the design method of passenger flow control scheme.(2)Taking the inbound,outbound and inbound and outbound total passenger flow data per unit time within the passenger flow control period as the characteristic value,the Fisher optimal segmentation method is used to determine the best division result of the passenger flow control period;Excel+VBA programming is used to achieve Automatic division of passenger flow control periods.(3)Taking the optimal number of people boarding at the station per unit time as the decision variable,the minimum total passenger delay time and the maximum passenger turnover as the objective function,and the latest nationally released regional and hierarchical epidemic prevention and control guidelines,train full load rate,and station congestion The passenger flow control model of rail transit lines and stations is constructed.The multi-objective optimization problem is solved by genetic algorithm,and the passenger flow control plan compilation system is developed based on Matlab software.(4)Taking Dalian Metro Line 1 as an example,using Fisher’s optimal division method to divide the morning peak into 3 passenger flow control periods;based on the parameters of trains,lines and stations,combined with actual passenger flow data,the passenger flow control plan is compiled The system calculates the passenger flow control plan during peak hours;the comparative analysis of the total passenger delay time and turnover before and after passenger flow control verifies the effectiveness of the passenger flow control plan.
