| Single Input Multiple Output Type(SIMO-T)space petal tooth nutation transmission mechanism has many advantages of single input and multiple output,small size and high load carrying capacity,and has broad prospects for development in the field of stirring or propulsion devices.In this paper,a single input double output type(SIDO-T)space petal tooth braving transmission device is taken as an example,and the following research is mainly done:1.The basic transmission principle of the SIMO-T space petal tooth seal dynamic transmission mechanism is briefly described,and its three-dimensional model is established according to its tooth surface equation and meshing equation.2.Using the potential energy method,combined with tooth Hertz contact stiffness,bending stiffness,axial compression stiffness and matrix deformation stiffness,the change law of its single-tooth meshing stiffness and time-varying meshing stiffness of gear is calculated,and the rationality of the calculation results using the potential energy method is verified by comparing with the existing literature.And the effect of the change of the gear tooth parameters on the time-varying mesh stiffness of the gear pair is analyzed by calculating the stiffness value obtained.3.Based on the theory of nonlinear vibration,the space petal tooth seal dynamic transmission system is simplified by the centralized parameter method,and the multi-degreeof-freedom coupled nonlinear dynamic dynamic analysis model of the SIDO-T space petal tooth seal dynamic transmission system is established by comprehensively considering the dynamic excitation of the gear in the transmission system,and the dynamic differential equation of the system is derived by combining Newton’s second law and D’Alembert’s principle,and the runge-Kutta method of the fourth-order precision step is used to solve the derived differential equations.In this way,the nonlinear dynamic response of the space petal gear along its various degrees of freedom is obtained.And the influence of the gear subsystem dynamic response is analyzed by the frequency domain method.4.Using ABAQUS software to conduct modal analysis of each space petal gear in the SIDO-T space petal tooth seal dynamic transmission,the modal parameters in different states are obtained through the analysis of free mode and constraint mode,so as to provide a reference for the structural design of its deceleration device. |
