Aiming at the problems of low real-time and low link utilization in the process of data transmission,this paper uses topology optimization,real-time scheduling and adaptive backoff to optimize the network delay and throughput,so as to improve the real-time and link utilization of the network.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the basic principles of train communication network and industrial Ethernet are introduced,including the protocol and real-time transmission model of industrial Ethernet network communication system,and the existing real-time algorithm is introduced,and the relevant parameters affecting the performance of industrial Ethernet network are determined,which lays a theoretical foundation for the optimization of real-time algorithm in the following chapters.Secondly,a real-time improvement method of train Industrial Ethernet based on network topology optimization is proposed.According to the international industrial Ethernet standard IEEE802.3 and the train communication standard iec61375,the constraints and optimization objectives are determined.According to the basic process,through the analysis of the network topology,the train nodes are established and connected according to the requirements,the corresponding optimization model is obtained.Compared with other topology,the simulation results of delay and link load prove the superiority and rationality of the proposed method.Then,a real-time optimization algorithm of train Industrial Ethernet based on adaptive scheduling algorithm is proposed.On the basis of network topology optimization,this method puts forward the setting mode of multi-queue loop,and adopts the adaptive priority mode to adjust the queue loop.Compared with other existing scheduling algorithms,this algorithm can further improve the real-time data transmission effect of industrial Ethernet network.Finally,a real-time improvement algorithm of train Industrial Ethernet based on adaptive backoff algorithm is proposed.In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional backoff algorithm in collision conflict,the backoff factor is introduced and the maximum number of backoff time slots is calculated.By setting the backoff factor,we can find the maximum number of backoff time slots faster and better.Compared with the traditional backoff algorithm,the simulation results show that the method has lower delay,higher channel utilization and higher network throughput.This paper optimizes the real-time algorithm of train Industrial Ethernet to improve its real-time communication,and provides a guarantee for the safe operation of the train,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the promotion and application of industrial Ethernet in other high real-time communication applications.
