The problem of rail corrugation is one of the difficult problems in the field of wheel-rail relationship research.With the rapid development of my country’s railway transportation industry,rail corrugation is more common in railway lines.Rail corrugation not only aggravates the increase in wheels and rails,and the vertical vibration between them,but also enhances the interaction force between the wheels and rails,and even causes the vehicle to detach.track.Seriously affect the driving safety,stability and comfort of the vehicle.At the same time,the fatigue life of each component of the vehicle and the track is shortened,which greatly increases the potential safety hazards.Therefore,study the influence of rail corrugation on vehicle dynamics,provide reference for in-depth systematic research on the influence of rail corrugation,provide engineering guidance for railway line maintenance,increase the service life and reliability of structural components,and ensure train operation safety And ride comfort is of great significance.This article first establishes a vehicle dynamics model for simulation calculation,and compares the performance changes of the vehicle running on a rail with and without rail corrugation.Then the measured corrugation amplitude was reasonably amplified to obtain corrugation excitations with different corrugation depths.Influence of kinetic indicators such as the wheel-rail force,wheel-set acceleration,derailment coefficient,and the rate of wheel load reduction were analyzed during the course of the vehicle running in straight and a curve.The results show that rail corrugation mainly affects the vertical vibration of the vehicle,causing the wheel-rail vertical force and wheel-set vertical acceleration of the vehicle to increase significantly,but the impact on the lateral vibration of the vehicle is small.Rail corrugation has a great influence on the wheel-rail vertical force,wheel-set vertical acceleration,derailment coefficient,and the rate of wheel load reduction,and it increases as the corrugation depth increases.When a vehicle travels on a linear track with a rail corrugation depth of 0.028 mm at 160km/h,the vehicle may derail,and the rail should be polished immediately.When the vehicle is running on a curved track with a rail corrugation depth of 0.046 mm at 40km/h,the vehicle may also deviate from the track;when the rail corrugation depth increases to 0.048 mm,the vehicle derailment coefficient exceeds the safe allowable range.All rails should be polished.It can be seen that rail corrugation has a great impact on the stability,safety and ride comfort of the vehicle,and seriously affects the dynamic behavior of the vehicle.
