| Train accidents often have serious consequences if they are accompanied by violent collisions.In the event of a collision,the absorption of energy through the device itself or other energy-absorbing structures is very important.Crash type anti-climbing device is a common energy absorption device on the train.In practice,square shell is often used as the crushing device.Because of its special structure,it can absorb a large amount of impact energy through plastic deformation,and it also has the characteristics of low cost,high strength and low quality.It is found that due to the uniform structure of the square shell of the same material,it is more likely to have unstable deformation mode when it collapses and shrinks under impact and absorbs energy,which will greatly reduce the energy absorption efficiency of the square shell.The essence of the induced structure is to add some anisotropic structure to the square shell.The traditional method generally sets up groove or convex groove,hole,initial crack,local heat treatment and so on.In this paper,the traditional thinking and processing methods are changed.Taking the square shell as an example,the nanometer treatment technology is introduced on the surface of the square shell without changing the size of the structure.By local nanometer treatment on the surface of the square shell,the mechanical properties of the square shell are changed,so that the energy absorption efficiency can be improved when the square shell is subjected to impact induced deformation.So a new way of studying the buckling mode of the ductile square shell is provided.In this paper,ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate the drop weight experiment.First,the equivalent geometric model is established through Solid Works.Then,the control parameters such as mesh division,material property setting,constraint and load imposition,contact mode,time step are imported into ANSYS/LS-DYNA module.Finally,the calculation results are imported into LS-Prepost software for post-processing,including extracting cloud image data and watching collision animation demonstration.Respectively explore not nano square shell,total square shell,the surface of nano uniform local rectangular shape nanometer treatment and even local oblique strip nano square shell as well as the different processing conditions(such as changing the number and distribution of rectangular shape processing area,the number and distribution of oblique strip processing area)square shell buckling modal relations with energy absorption,Then,by analyzing the impact force displacement curve,the energy absorption capacity of the square shell is compared and evaluated by the impact force efficiency and specific energy absorption. |
