| The main energy absorbing device of rail vehicle is the anti climbing frame at the lower end of the vehicle when impact happens.In this paper,the anti climbing frame is simplified as anti climbing plate when discussing the energy absorbing deformation of the square shell of the energy absorbing body of the anti climbing frame.The elastic-plastic thin-walled square shell of the energy absorbing body is treated with nano surface treatment to simulate the deformation of the whole anti climbing frame structure and the vehicle body when the actual anti climbing frame is impacted,Thus,it is concluded that the nano layout design of the square shell surface can achieve the optimal solution within a reasonable limit to absorb the external impact energy.In this paper,the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the effect of energy absorption deformation of square shell structure after axial nano processing.The surface mechanical properties of square shell thin-walled tubes with different equal parts of nanoribbons on the surface of square shell were analyzed.At the same time,the energy absorption and deformation of the square shell structure with different nano degree are compared.Specific energy absorption(SEA)and stroke ratio(SE)in this paper,the energy absorption characteristics of square shell with local surface nanocrystallization under axial impact load are studied as the objective function for the analysis of energy absorption deformation of square shell,The design method of contrast absorbing impact energy under the condition of interval distribution by using surface nano technology is proposed.Based on the local surface nanocrystallization treatment and impact analysis of elastic-plastic thin-walled square tubes under different impact velocities,the influence of the impact velocity on the local surface nanocrystallization treatment was analyzed.By comparing the optimal energy absorption effect of the surface nano square shell subjected to axial impact under various simulated layouts,a new optimization idea for the anti climbing structure of train is proposed,which has great practical significance for guiding various major safety problems in engineering practice. |
