| With the increasing population of urban residents in China,the number of private cars,buses and other road transport vehicles is increasing,making urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.Vigorously promoting public transport will effectively alleviate this problem.Urban Public Transport has the advantages of large transport volume,low investment,low ticket price,long distance,convenient transfer and so on.Governments and transport authorities are increasingly aware that giving priority to public transport in cities can make it easier for residents to get around.At present,the main form of public transport scheduling experience,lack of scientific and practical.In the operation and dispatching of urban public transport operators,a reasonable management mode and interval between bus departure and departure can effectively reduce the increase of time cost caused by passengers waiting for buses for a long time,at the same time,it can also effectively reduce the transportation management expenses of public transport operators.It can also effectively help solve the contradiction between the bus transportation capacity and the traffic passenger flow,and improve the travel conditions of passengers and residents,so that the interests of passengers and bus operators to achieve the greatest balance.At present,China's public transport service level is relatively low,can not attract more passenger flow.Only by changing the traditional mode of public transport operation and management,and taking fully into account the randomness and economic characteristics of residents'travel,can a set of practical and feasible public transport dispatching and operation and management schemes be constructed,to really eliminate the problem at the root.Based on the characteristics of bus dispatching in China,considering the impact on bus capacity,this paper determines the departure form and departure interval,compares the current bus dispatching situation,and gives consideration to the common interests of bus service enterprises and passengers,the combination model of the whole journey vehicle and the interval vehicle is established.In the study,considering the factors of passenger flow disequilibrium,the Coefficient of disequilibrium is introduced,and the optimized model of Dynamic Adaptation Cuckoo Search(DACS)is used to solve the problem,by adjusting the Levis flight step to make the algorithm have a larger optimization space in the early stage,the fixed parameters in the process of nest abandonment are adjusted to the dynamic parameters which change with the number of iterations to achieve the adaptive adjustment of the algorithm,so we can accurately judge whether to call the whole car or the section car.Finally,an example is given to show that the algorithm is scientific,effective and feasible,and can find the optimal solution more quickly than the previous cuckoo algorithm. |
