Under the provisions of the maintenance process of the existing railway freight car walking shaft bearings in China,a large part of bearings are forced to be scrapped without operating faults.In order to be on the premise of guarantee safety prolong bearing’s service mileage,save maintenance cost,this paper,based on the operation characteristics of double row circular cone roller bearings and machine performance of existing structures,according to GB/T24610.3 the rolling bearing vibration test methods specified in the technical requirements of railway wagon bearing vibration is established quality dynamic analysis system.In the process of dynamic operation of the bearing,various characteristic parameters are collected to analyze the current vibration quality,which provides a basis for the performance evaluation of the bearing.The system has the functions of vibration signal acquisition,frequency division and denoising,bearing fault diagnosis,bearing frequency domain signal analysis and bearing vibration quality classification.The system is divided into two parts: hardware part and upper computer program.The hardware part mainly realizes the acquisition and pre-processing of vibration data.In this paper,JZ-10 acceleration piezoelectric sensor is selected to collect bearing vibration signals.The collected analog signals are amplified by the precharge amplifier,and the collected signals contain interference signals,which affects the accuracy of the analysis.Therefore,a filter bank is designed to filter the signals,and the vibration signals without interference are obtained.After that,the signal is converted to analog and transmitted to the upper computer for processing through the Altair USB3202 data acquisition card.The upper computer is built by Visual Basic programming.The program includes the control of the pneumatic part of the test bed,the multi-stage speed control of the mandrel shaft,the analysis module of bearing vibration quality,the signal frequency domain analysis module and the data storage module.The quality analysis system records the parameters of the measured bearing,such as the effective value,peak factor,kurtosis,etc.,and uses the SPC method to judge and classify the bearing vibration quality,and includes the real-time updated signal waveform in time domain.The frequency domain analysis module includes power spectrum,cepstrum and envelope spectrum to assist in the analysis of bearing damage parts.The data storage system will automatically generate a file containing bearing vibration data and save it in the specified folder.Finally,the dynamic analysis system of bearing vibration quality was verified through the comparison experiment of bearing vibration quality.The results show that the system can meet the requirements of bearing vibration quality detection and reach the expected level.
