| With the vigorous development of smart grid and railway industry in recent years,the speed of railway electrification in China is getting faster and faster.The quality and quantity of electric locomotives have been greatly improved,and its consumption of electric energy is also increasing.If the electricity consumption of electric locomotives in operation can not be accurately measured,it will bring great losses to the country.In addition,by analyzing the electric energy consumption curves of electric locomotives under different operating conditions and different operating conditions of drivers,it is of great practical significance to analyze the real.time running conditions of electric locomotives,guide the drivers to conduct energy.saving operation scientifically and carry out technical transformation of electric locomotives.Therefore,a fully functional energy consumption metering device for electric locomotives will have a great space for development in the railway transportation system.This dissertation firstly introduces the background and practical significance of this topic,and then deeply analyzes the development situation at home and abroad,by comparing different design schemes,this project finally determined the design scheme of "MCU +electric energy dedicated metering chip CS5463 + Ethernet".In the layout of the circuit board and the design of the hardware circuit,the problem of the complex electromagnetic environment of the locomotive is fully considered,and the method of sub-function module design is adopted,mainly including the main control module,power supply module,electric energy metering module,display module,storage module,and button module,communication module,etc.Ds PIC30F6011 A is selected for the MCU of this design,the MCU reads the power data collected by the special chip for power metering,on the one hand,it can display data directly;on the other hand,it can communicate with Tax2,the "black box" of electric locomotives,through the RS485 communication interface.A form can be generated together with the energy consumption data of electric locomotives and operating condition parameters of electric locomotives,and the data can be transmitted through Ethernet.The system software adopts the hierarchical and modular programming method to realize the functions of communication,harmonic analysis,electric energy measurement,display,storage and so on.Among them,the analysis of the harmonic content of the input electric locomotive voltage signal through software programming is also an innovative point of this design.Simulink simulation of the designed sampling circuit was done with MATLAB software,the feasibility and accuracy of the designed sampling circuit were verified by analyzing the simulation results.At the same time,the FFT harmonic analysis of the voltage sampling signal of the power metering chip is simulated.Six kinds of window functions are added in the simulation.By comparing the harmonic analysis of the six kinds of window functions,the simulation results show that adding Blackman window has the best effect on the FFT harmonic analysis of the sampled signal,and it also verified the feasibility of the harmonic analysis module of this design and accurately included the harmonic energy consumption when measuring the energy consumption of electric locomotives.Finally,a series of tests are done on the designed samples according to the national industry standards and the experimental results can meet the requirements of national technical specifications.In addition,the samples of this design have been tested by the State Bureau of Metrometry,and it has been confirmed that the measurement accuracy of the designed energy consumption metering device for electric locomotives can reach the level of0.5S for active power and the level of 1.0 for reactive power,both of which have reached the original design goals. |
