Study On Post Use Evaluation Of Outdoor Space In Tianjin Existing Residential Areas Based On Children’s Suitability

With the adjustment of domestic fertility policy,the proportion of children’s population has rebounded.The proportion of children’s population in China has risen from 16.60% in2010 to 17.95% in 2021.The healthy growth of children has gradually become a major issue related to national development.However,the shortage and uneven distribution of public resources make the real pressure of childcare appear.It is urgent to supplement the social public space resources for childcare,and put forward higher requirements for the space environment of children’s living.At present,urban children in China are facing multiple crises,such as declining health level,psychological problems,and lack of natural outlook.How to adjust the allocation of resources and improve the quality of living environment has become a huge challenge for urban development in China.Based on this,this study takes the suitability of children as the starting point,takes the outdoor space of the residential area carrying children’s daily life as the research object,builds a post use evaluation system,and conducts empirical research on typical existing residential areas in Tianjin,with a view to providing reference and suggestions for children friendly environment design at the level of urban residential areas.Firstly,the research summarized the core concept and development advantages of children’s suitable outdoor space in residential areas by analyzing the literature and practice related to children’s activity space,outdoor space in residential areas and children’s suitability at home and abroad.Understand the development history and construction status of outdoor space in residential areas in Tianjin,obtain basic data of existing residential areas in Tianjin,and select typical residential area samples.Determine evaluation objectives,evaluation subjects,data collection and analysis methods,and post use evaluation process.Then,based on theoretical deduction method,pilot exploration method and Delphi method,indicators closely related to children’s suitability in the outdoor space of existing residential areas in Tianjin are extracted.From the four levels of target level,criterion level,sub criterion level and indicator level,the post use evaluation indicator system framework of Tianjin’s existing residential outdoor space based on children’s suitability is constructed.On this basis,AHP is used to determine the weight assignment of the evaluation index,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to grade the comprehensive evaluation value of the outdoor space of the residential area to complete the construction of the evaluation system and model.Then,taking typical sample residential areas as an example,an empirical study on the post use evaluation of outdoor space in Tianjin’s existing residential areas based on children’s suitability is conducted.Finally,the optimization principle of the outdoor space of Tianjin’s existing residential areas based on the suitability of children is proposed,and the optimization strategy of the outdoor space of Tianjin’s existing residential areas is proposed from three levels: the outdoor node space of residential areas,the outdoor connection space of residential areas,and the outdoor area space of residential areas.At the quantitative level,the research initially formed the construction of the post use evaluation system and evaluation model of the outdoor space in Tianjin’s existing residential areas based on the suitability of children.Based on the empirical study of the post use evaluation of typical sample residential areas,the research deeply analyzed and found the common and individual problems in the suitability of children in Tianjin’s existing residential areas,which can provide scientific support for the scientific evaluation and accurate improvement of the suitability of children in Tianjin’s existing residential areas,At the same time,it has reference significance for other cities,especially for the research on the suitability of children in the existing residential areas of northern cities.
