| With the 2020 proposal of the national strategic goal of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",the development of clean energy has played the main theme of green development,while new energy private enterprises have also mushroomed.The construction and development of new energy projects has become the focus of the operation of new energy private enterprises,and the project managers and other talents required for project construction have become the core talent resources of enterprises.At present,many newly growing new energy private enterprises attach great importance to the introduction and cultivation of talents,especially the introduction of core talents.As a photovoltaic new energy service provider,T Company focuses on the research,development and construction of the project of efficient combination of photovoltaic and agriculture.Through model innovation,T company’s performance has improved greatly.The staff expanded rapidly.T Company is in urgent need of project managers who can develop and build photovoltaic park projects.However,T Company is faced with recruitment difficulties such as weak recruitment planning,unclear standards,single interview methods,and insufficient ability of the recruiting team,etc.This paper selects the project manager of T company as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the company and project manager recruitment,finds out the project manager recruitment problems.By establishing a competency model and clarifying talent standards,this paper builds a practical,scientific and efficient recruitment management system.Based on the literature review,this paper explores theories related to the competency model and recruitment selection,Combining with the current situation of T company to conduct recruitment diagnosis through interviews,this paper aims to find out the main problems and reasons for project manager recruitment.Subsequently,the company’s project manager position was analyzed.Through the combination of strategic deduction method and O*net citation method,the competency characteristics of the solar installation manager matching the characteristics of the project manager were found,and the competency index elements were initially extracted.By adopting the expert scoring method,induction,summary,discussion and analysis,the competency model consisting of 22 competency elements in the three dimensions of knowledge,ability and professionalism of the project manager of T company is constructed.Finally,based on the project manager competency model,the project manager talent recruitment criteria are determined,and the recruitment plan and information,selection methods and recruitment safeguards are optimized.The construction of the project manager competency model in this paper is to model the photovoltaic project manager position in the new energy industry,which is mainly applied in the recruitment and selection of project managers,and also lays the foundation for future applications in training,performance and salary management,etc.At the same time,it provides a reference for other new energy companies to build competency models. |
