Study On Plant Landscape Design Of Urban Waterfront Scenery

With the development of China’s society,food and clothing is no longer the mainstream demand of today’s society.People begin to pay more attention to the improvement of the quality of life and the increasing demand for the environment.Urban waterfront scenery belt emerges as the times require.The appearance of waterfront landscape does not only increase the landscape of the city,but also meets the needs of residents’ fitness.In this paper,the plant landscape design of urban waterfront landscape belt is studied.The main research results are as follows:1.The author has carried out field investigation on Xiangjiang l andscape in Changsha City,Nanhu landscape in Yueyang City and Meixi Lake Scenic Belt in Changsha City.The main problems found by investigation are: improper matching of deciduous and evergreen tree species,inconspicuous main landscape plants,indistinct plant for different seasons,insufficient shade of plant,single ground cover plant species,etc.2.Taking landscape planning and design,botany,landscape aesthetics and landscape ecology as design guiding theories,this paper puts forward the principles to be followed in plant landscape design of urban waterfront landscape,i.e.scientific principle,artistic principle,functional principle and cultural principle,emphasizes the requirement of water and humidity tolerance of plants,and puts forward the method of selecting plant design layout mode according to local conditions,i.e.regulation.The pattern of blending and blending of the pattern and the natural plant landscape layout.3.Field investigation was carried out on the waterfront landscape of Wangjia River in Yueyang City.Aiming at the actual problems existing in plant landscape at present,including the lack of plant landscape characteristics,the lack of seasonal phase of plant landscape,the lack of plant varieties,and the plant occlusion line of sight,the design idea of forming characteristic landscape by section was put forward,and the principles and methods of plant selection based on habitats were put forward,that is,highlighting the main landscape plants.It enriches the design ideas of landscape plants and maximizes the protection of existing plants.Urban waterfront landscape is a stripe shape park in the city.On the basis of emphasizing the ecological function of plant landscape,we must pay attention to the construction of plant landscape space and the expression of local cultural characteristics in order to ensure the tourism economic benefits of the waterfront scenic belt and create an ecological green corridor for the city.
