As an important data in the manufacturing process of EMU bogies,BOM data has gradually become th e focus of enterprises.The traditional XBOM reconstruction process causes the information received by different links in the XBOM reconstruction process to be unequal due to personnel’s experience,environmental limitations and untimely data feedback,which seriously affects the consistency of the XBOM information of the rolling stock bogies.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The digital twin technology is introduced into the XBOM reconstruction process of the EMU bogie,and a consistent reconstruction framework of the EMU bogie XBOM based on the digital twin is constructed.The operation mechanism of the knowledge base during the operation of the digital twin model is clarified.The specific operation process of the digital twin model in different BOM reconstruction processes is studied,which provides theoretical support for the application of the digital twin model reconstructed by XBOM.(2)The hierarchical relationship between the parts ontology of the EMU bogie is studied,and three ontology models are established:the global ontology,the reconstruc.ted ontology and the part ontology.With the help of the ontology modeling tool Protégé,the three established ontology are verified,which provides the ontology data foundation for the XBOM consistency reconstruction knowledge base.(3)The realization process of knowledge base in XBOM consistent reconstruction digital twin model is studied.The realization framework of XBOM reconstruction knowledge base for EMU bogies is constructed.Taking the on-site operation and maintenance data of the EMU bogie as an example,the name recognition of entities in the operation and maintenance data is realized by means of the bidirectional long short-term memory neural network(BiLSTM-CRF)algorithm.The Neo4j diagram database is also used as the data storage tool for the knowledge base,and an interactive system for the XBOM consistent reconfiguration knowledge base of the rolling stock bogie is developed with the help of Python tools,which initially realizes the functions of ontology retrieval,relationship query and entity identification of the knowledge base,and realizes the knowledge base part of the XBOM reconfiguration digital twin model.(4)The XBOM consistency reconstruction system of EMU bogies is designed,and the circulation mechanism of BOM in the process of XBOM reconstruction is managed.Through the application of the WBOM reconstruction process and knowledge base,the operation mechanism of the knowledge base in the digital twin model constructed in this paper is verified to ensure the rationality,accuracy and consistency of the BOM management and reconstruction of the EMU bogie.
