Research On Old Village Redevelopment For Exploiting Rural Tourism

Rural tourism is a new tourism phenomena,which developed rapidly with the industrial society development and the"biological"process since 20th century,it is also a paradigm, namely,one type of tourist kinds,classified by tourist destination. Rural tourism is a kind of tourist form, based on rural culture of China, shaped by peasants who take advantage of the rural scenery,natural landscape, scenic sopts and historical sites which is depended on by their houses, and combine with customs and habits of the local area in order to attract city tourists foreating, accommodating, playing, entertaining. We research on its background and status, develop it scientifically and logically to promote its development sustainablely.Surveying and practice for rural tourism the thesis combining with propose that: rural tourism resource reasonable development need to structure the rational science developing pattern, from the bid developing a ascertains the demonstration starting , progressing to it's feasibility developing; And then work out the rational exploitation of science scheme here on the basis; The overall evaluation carrying out economy, society and biological beneficial result on the scheme finally, realizes the rural tourism thereby ultimately developing the target that synthetical beneficial result maximizes. Have been based on development content in the thesis,it suggested that some plan design procedures concretely, the physical geography, the climate responding to according to the village wait for a characteristic to work out advantages's and reforming measure.Under the present stage society economic growth condition in our country, depend on the government to use large amount of fund for rural environment renewing being difficult to come true as for great majority areas. Coming to talk relatively , transforming to local village , by developing a tour , promoting estate, carries out organic renewal on the village at the same time , is that one kind is practical feasible method more. Being in simultaneous protecting local village landscape and the environment like this, improving the resident living standard and the people who can improve the local village living environment, can drive the village and regional economies to develop , make it's oneself form a virtuous circle, and thereby long healthy survival developing down.
