With the development trend of informatization and intelligence in the automotive lighting industry,the requirements for automotive lighting performance have gradually shifted from the pursuit of light efficiency to the pursuit of high-quality automotive lighting,the detection requirements for the optical performance of automotive lights have gradually shifted from single characteristic parameter detection to multi-parameter comprehensive performance detection.At present,the performance testing of headlights mainly relies on manual data collection by discrete equipment,resulting in the scattered data of different characteristic parameters of the headlights,which is difficult to integrate and correlate,and the storage is not organized,and the digital management is insufficient,which cannot be based on historical data.Data traceability and mining for the performance optimization of car lights cannot meet the current demand for digitalization and comprehensive lighting performance testing of the entire chain of car lights.Therefore,in view of the current development trend of the automotive lighting industry and the corresponding changes in product performance testing requirements,in this research process,combined with digital management,cloud platform,database and other related technologies,a set of automotive lights based on the integration of terminal and cloud is designed.Optical performance testing platform.In order to ensure the safety of the transmission of automotive lighting performance detection parameters and the accuracy of subsequent performance analysis,this platform adopts a custom data transmission protocol and data wireless transmission scheme to transmit the detected optical performance parameters to SQL Server data layer.A set of cloud server programs that support multi-device connection based on TCP/IP protocol are used to monitor and detect device data and transmission status,it supports a variety of communication interfaces,making the platform reliable and flexible.In order to further ensure the high-quality lighting of the lights,a variety of current national standards for the lights are introduced as the platform performance analysis support,and the various characteristic parameters of the lights,including light distribution performance,luminosity,chromaticity,etc.The most efficient and efficient detection and analysis system for the optical performance of automotive lights.In addition,in order to realize the paperless and informatization of the data of the whole chain of detection of the lights samples,and to easily understand and maintain the information of the lights detection equipment and platform users.This platform designs an enterprise-level EPR(Electronic Public Relation,EPR)data system by deploying the My SQL relational database on the cloud server.Through this system,the detection data,detection equipment information and user information of the whole process of automotive lights detection can be stored in the cloud,forming the platform’s terminal-cloud integrated data resource management.At the same time,an information maintenance and management module reserved for newly added equipment interfaces is designed to adapt to changes in the needs of current automotive lights detection parameters,making the platform with good versatility and scalability.Further,the test results of the platform show that the platform can not only realize multi-parameter detection of automotive lights,but also track and display the detection progress,realize the informatization and traceability of the detection process,and significantly improve the detection efficiency of automotive lights.The detection data collection scheme of this platform adopts multi-parameter concurrent collection.Compared with the traditional single-summary collection system,the collection efficiency is increased by 80%,and the error rate of the optical parameter performance of the automotive light is greatly reduced.It has a higher rate and improves the system performance.Reliability,can meet the needs of fast and efficient detection of automotive lighting performance.In addition,the platform can also compare and analyze the parameters of different detection lights,such as luminous flux,luminous efficiency,illuminance,color temperature,etc.,perform single judgment and error calculation for each test parameter,and analyze the comprehensive performance of the lights in multiple dimensions,improving the platform.reliability of test results.And the historical detection data of homologous lights stored in the platform cloud can not only perform statistical analysis on the platform,but also provide a data foundation for the performance optimization and data mining of the lights.
