| In recent years,China’s highway construction has developed rapidly,but the quality of construction is not strictly controlled,resulting in early road damage,economic losses,affecting traffic safety.In this paper,aiming at the problems of highpower consumption,low positioning accuracy,large measurement error and poor realtime performance of the existing quality control system of asphalt pavement construction,a set of intelligent monitoring system of asphalt pavement construction is developed.The system mainly monitors the construction parameters such as the speed and track of the construction vehicle,the temperature of the road surface,the vibration intensity of the roller and the number of times,when it is found that the construction technology does not meet the specifications,SMS notification will be sent to inform the manager and construction personnel to correct in time,so as to realize the quality dynamic monitoring of the construction process.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The overall design scheme of the system is proposed.According to the construction technology and specification of asphalt pavement,the design requirements of the system are analyzed and the overall framework of the system is designed(2)The system hardware scheme is designed.The hardware mainly includes solar panels,intelligent data acquisition host,temperature sensor and positioning base station,the hardware circuit schematic diagram and PCB design of each function module are completed.(3)The system software scheme is designed.System tasks are divided according to system functions,the software design of intelligent data acquisition host,temperature sensor and remote monitoring cloud platform is completed,combined with the system hardware,the real-time acquisition and transmission of construction data are realized.(4)The function verification test of the monitoring system is carried out.The intelligent data acquisition device collects real-time data from the construction site and sends it to the remote monitoring cloud platform.The platform receives and displays the construction data,and compares and analyzes the system data with the actual situation of the site.The test results show that the system can achieve high precision positioning of construction vehicles,collect real and reliable asphalt pavement temperature and vehicle vibration data and conduct power consumption management.Remote monitoring cloud platform can display and record the actual construction,monitor the construction site remotely to achieve the purpose of "process control",to ensure the quality of construction,the reliability and practicability of the system are verified. |
