| Solid biomass fuel is an excellent renewable energy,and its output is very rich in China,a large agricultural country.The organic element composition of biomass fuel is not only an important parameter to measure the quality of biomass fuel,but also a key index to evaluate energy conversion technology.As a precise analytical instrument for rapid determination of element content,the mature equipment in this field in China is still blank.Therefore,it is imperative to develop relevant organic element analyzers and improve the detection accuracy of the instruments.In this paper,the thermal conductivity detector,the key component of 5E-CHONS2400 element analyzer,and the important factors affecting the detection accuracy of the instrument are studied,which provides a theoretical and application basis for the development of domestic element analyzers.The main research results are as follows:(1)Study the calibration method of 5E-CHONS2400 element analyzer and draw the calibration curve.Study and design the relevant circuit of the thermal conductivity detector,the key component of 5E-CHONS2400 element analyzer.Through data filtering and high-precision TCD constant temperature control,reduce signal noise and improve the measurement accuracy and stability of the thermal conductivity detector.(2)The deashing pretreatment methods of water washing and acid washing of solid biomass fuel that affect the test accuracy of the element analyzer are studied.Combined with industrial analysis,SEM-EDS analysis and element analysis,a comprehensive study on the characteristics of biomass samples is carried out.It is concluded that the best pretreatment method is acid washing pretreatment,which can effectively reduce the content of alkali / alkaline earth metals in biomass,improve the slagging after combustion,and facilitate the full combustion of biomass fuel,Improve the precision of elemental analysis and test results,and lay a sample foundation for follow-up research.(3)The test conditions of instrument injection volume and oxygen charge that affect the test accuracy of the element analyzer are studied.The optimal injection volume and oxygen charge are determined by the biological component analysis reference material experiment,and verified in terms of precision and accuracy.The results show that under the optimal test conditions,the test results of the element analyzer meet the requirements of relevant standards and improve the detection accuracy of the element analyzer.(4)The test results of 5E-CHONS2400 elemental analyzer and standard method were compared with 40 kinds of biomass samples.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods,and the elemental analyzer could be applied to the analysis of major elements in different kinds of biomass samples;Secondly,the test accuracy of 5E-CHONS2400 element analyzer is compared with that of vario MACRO cube element analyzer and Perkin Elmer 2400 II element analyzer.The results show that 5E-CHONS2400 element analyzer has higher precision and accuracy than the other two instruments. |
