How to improve the combustion efficiency and utilize energy sources rationally has been a very important subject in industrial production. In oil, energy, chemical and many other areas, the oxygen content in boiler can directly reflect the combustion conditions. So it is important to measure the oxygen content. With the increase of people's energy saving and environmental protection consciousness, it is necessary to develop a new style and high-performanced intelligent oxygen analyzer based on Zirconia material.Because of the short life span and low precision of the present oxygen analyzer, this paper has a deep research on intelligent oxygen analyzer based on Zirconia material. this design is made up of two parts: detector and controller. The detector uses design of liquor zirconic tubes. The controller uses high-performanced TMS320LF2407 as CPU and PID control to realize constant temperature.The paper describes hardware and software design of oxygen analyzer based on Zirconia. In the part of detector, it mainly introduces the design of liquor tubes, heater, pressurize, and thermocouple; In the part of controller, this design uses TMS320LF2407 as the CPU. The design part mainly introduces controller circuit design which mainly contains data collection circuit, prepositive magnifying circuit, A/D convert circuit, failure self- diagnosis circuit, the TMS320LF2407 interface circuit, temperature control circuit, display circuit, 4~20mA standard signal output circuit; In the software part, it mainly introduces software chart of main program and partly linearization subprogram design. For TMS320LF2407 has great processing ability and rich IO interfaces, it is the mainly part of the design. TMS320LF2407 has many PWM output channels which is useful to the temperature design and 4~20mA standard signal output circuit design.The detector of intelligent oxygen analyzer based on Zirconia mentioned in this paper has a lot of characteristics such as easy maintenance and long life.
