| It is an urgent need for the shipping industry to improve the energy efficiency of ships under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Due to the particularity of complex and changeable inland waterways,the introduction of real-time RI-EEOI as an evaluation index is more objective and effective.At the same time,the maritime department stipulates that manual reporting of energy consumption data increases the workload of crew,and it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of data.Therefore,this paper studies the real-time energy efficiency operation index online monitoring system of inland ships and explores the real-time energy efficiency classification,which can provide technical support for evaluating and improving the energy efficiency level of inland ships.Based on the research on the applicability of oil consumption and load measurement in real-time energy efficiency indicators,this paper develops an online monitoring system for inland ships’ real-time energy efficiency operation index,and preliminarily discusses the classification method of inland real-time energy efficiency.After laboratory tests and real ship applications,the functions and stability of the system are verified.Specific work is as follows:1)The adaptability of ship fuel consumption and load calculation in real ships is solved.Through the selection of sensors and the determination of installation scheme,the measurement principle of ship fuel consumption and draft is studied,and the correction of fuel flow rate,ultrasonic propagation time and average draft of ship is completed.The stability of the measurement is improved within the original accuracy range of the sensor;the test verifies the effectiveness of the correction algorithm.2)The software and hardware design of real-time energy efficiency operation index online monitoring system for inland ships is completed.According to the functional requirements of the system,the selection of important components and the design of related circuits are carried out.The driver program of the module and the data acquisition,reception,storage and transmission procedures are written.By transplanting the FATFS file system,the file management of the SD card is realized,and the basic functions of the online monitoring system are finally realized.3)Debugging and verification of real-time energy efficiency operation index online monitoring system for inland ships are carried out.By building an energy efficiency data remote monitoring platform with cloud storage function,the function debugging of each hardware device in the system is carried out.The stability of the system in the real ship environment is verified by real ship test.4)The energy efficiency classification of inland ships based on box diagram method is discussed.According to the RT-EEOI data collected during the one-month continuous operation test,the energy efficiency classification of bulk carriers in inland river A-class navigation area is realized by using the statistical method based on box diagram.According to the energy efficiency level,the energy efficiency evaluation of the target ship under different working conditions is realized. |
