With the global warming,more and more scientific researchers and tourists focus on the polar regions.Polar cruise tourism has become a new fashion of journey,which shows powerful vitality in today’s world.As a high level project in cruise ship,polar cruise ship follows the requirements for polar tourism development closely and corresponds to the urgent domestic requirement for the rapid development of the cruise industry.In another aspect,polar cruise ship has profound significance for China’s shipbuilding industry,transforming that to high-tech fields,and is an important implementation step in the implementation of China’s stratrgy for "Silk Road on Ice",Therefore,polar cruise ship has broad market in the future.Polar cruise ship as a new ship type in current ship field,evaluating overall selection scheme of key equipment can promote the subsequent development of polar cruise ship.An appropriate evaluation method can ensure the evaluation result more scientific and reasonable,and the main work includes following three parts:1)An evaluation index system for polar cruise ship is established and the index weights are determined.The research object is described,and the several schemes for the overall selection of key equipment are given.Based on the domestic and foreign literature,relevant ship specifications,and considering the particularities of the polar cruises’ navigation area,tourist satisfaction and localization requirements,three layers in this system,target layer,project layer and indicator layer,are determined,and a complete evaluation index system for selection scheme is established.The analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method and the criteria importance though intercrieria correlation method are respectively used to calculate the subjective and objective weights,and the subjective and objective weights are combined to obtain the multiplicative combined weight based on the principle of minimum discrimination information and the linear combined weight based on minimum deviation.Through sensitivity analysis,it is verified that the multiplicative combined weight of the analytic hierarchy process method and the CRITIC method has better robustness.2)The multi-method fusion evaluation method is proposed.Combined with the characteristics of polar cruise ship,the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution method and the grey relation analysis method are used to evaluate the overall selection scheme of key equipment.There are differences in the evaluation results obtained by different evaluation methods,so the multi-method fusion evaluation method based on evidence theory is proposed,and the reliability of the evaluation results of the multi-method fusion is verified in the overall selection of key equipment of polar cruise ship.3)The TOPSIS-GRA evaluation method based on minimizing rank reversal is proposed.Reasons of rank reversal for multi-attribute decision-making model during the evaluation process are analyzed.Based on TOPSIS,several frequently-used improved methods,from domestic and foreign literature to reduce the phenomenon of rank reversal are realized.Due to the limitation of improved TOPSIS methods and the multi-method fusion evaluation based on evidence theory show the limited effectiveness in reducing the degree of ranking reversal,MRR-TOPSIS-GRA is proposed.MRR-TOPSIS-GRA has persuasive effectiveness in reducing the degree of ranking reversal is verified,according overall selection of key equipment for polar cruise.
